Just a heads up that the poll is now open. I actually think there a few TOO many good books to choose from this time...

Hey there! Sorry, I'm still experiencing life without my own internet connection after the big move to Townsville.

But YES! There is a winner - The City and the City by China Miéville! So start reading, and I'll post the full group read details over the weekend :)

Of course, that's one of the few Mieville books I don't have. And I've started reading Embassytown. Of course!

Lulie I just (reluctantly) purchased it on Kindle. My extensive bookstore search for it (3 US stores) turned up nothing, but I really want to read it so, here I go.

I'm not sure if I'll be able to find a copy in time, and it seems like people are fairly keen to start, so shall we say discussion can start at the end of the month? I'll post details if people are okay with that timeframe.

message 12: by Karina (new)

Karina (darrow24) Finally got my internet up so I just purchased the book. Looks like I'll be a bit behind everyone on reading this. If the discussion is towards the end of the month, that will give me time to catch up. Looking forward to participating in this discussion.

Frozenwaffle | 163 comments End of the month is fine by me - perfect, in fact, since I'm going on holiday tomorrow for 2 weeks, so I can't say if I'll be able to come online much.

And THIS ONE is a discussion I want to follow closely! :D
