6) Instigate a food fight!

8) Leap onto the table and start to dance (may be appropriate in some establishments)

9)Climb on the table and start stripping!!

10) Rip your shirt off and jump up onto the table, belting out 'Gangham style'

11) Scoff everyone's food with yous hands, screaming 'Crazy chicken!' through mouth fuls!

12) Hit on the Staff

Throw a steak at some unfortunate person at the next table before issuing a war cry and tap dancing on peoples food...That worked for me at least. >.<
