Something heavenly happens...
Yes, their magic worked.

*evil laugh* Excellent...

The night I saw you.
How beautiful you were then.
With eyes like pale stars.

Falling
Have you ever experienced falling
Known the feel of the wind on your skin,
The rush of life as it fades away into memories dark and lonsome?
That falling is far less painless and nerve racking,
More treacherpus and fatal.
Then the one I felt today.
One look over the shoulder,
One dismissive glance and I was gone.
I was falling again.

Falling
From light, from dark
Into sweet nothingness I go…
Not knowing what awaits on the ground below
I feel weightless, unknowing, and blissfully unaware of
What will come when I final..."

WOW!! Both were beautiful! And I loveeeed #2!!!!!!!

Spinning and falling into the dark,
I bleed out, fade away, fall apart,
But I finally feel free,
A sense of peace washes over me,
All this falling and fading,
Made my wishing and waiting,
Seem so trivial,
And now I finally feel real.

I want you to love me
No matter what
No matter what
I want you to tell me that I'm not too far from you
No matter what

I want you to forgive me

I want to hear you say that you will always be there
No matter what

You hold my hand and smile
And then you say yes.

Down, down
Into a baseless hole
Scrabbling to find something to hold onto
Everything around me in shades of grey
No colour, no life, no place that feels safe
Until a hand comes from above…
Reaches in
Saves my fragile self
And I am going up, up
Bursting into an oasis of light
As I fall gracefully into their arms

I could have found love."

This perfectly suits the 'love at first sight' theme. I like it! :)

Loved it! (so true).

Unrequited love
That look that pierces,
Saying so much in a flash,
Stabbing my heart so it bleeds.

It's good but the last line is 7 syllables, not 5.

Oh gosh, thank you for pointing that out to me!! Ooops.
Line 3 revised -
stabbing now heartache

A poll is up for the swap and share challenge here: http://www.goodreads.com/poll/show/77...
I can always add a last minute entry, if needed, though. But the swap and share challenge will be up again for February anyway.

The task is as follows:
- You create a character.
- Swap your character with another person
- Write a short piece using that person's character (vice versa)
