I'm seeing 2 ISBNs already listed for the Ballantine paperback edition (0345271912 & 0345216164).

I have a copy pre-dating the use of ISBNs with the cover shown here:

Abebooks is a bookseller, and cannot be used as a source for covers or other book data.

This data, at least, is straight off my copy of the book.

looking on other sites showed both those ISBNs with a different cover & a 1971 publication date, so I went ahead & took a photo & created a new edition for this cover & date.
