All titles and author(s) for all books (all editions) were replaced by numbers: how can we correct? Or is it normal (I doubt so!)?

Oh boy! Looks like a user an author went in and changed it.
Working on reverting it.

Between me and someone else, it looks like it's been fixed.

No - I generally msg rivka or use the contact us link and provide info to GR Support

I would also contact the librarian and make sure it wasn't an accident before you report them.

It's hard to believe in this case: lafon has corrected it now, but ALL the editions of the books in the series AND the name of the author AND the ISBNs/ASINs etc AND the page numbers had been replaced by "333333333333333333333", "888888888888", "55555555"

In this case it most definitely was not an accident. The author in question changed her own works from their correct titles to meaningless data such as "++++++++" and "11111111". Besides that she kept her author profile, but changes the name from what it was originally to more meaningless nonsense (in this case something like "----mmmm").

I have sent a PM to rivka reporting it all
