Just wondering if any of you guys have come across any good websites or facebook groups to sell your 2nd hand books?

Zino (goodreadscomuser_zino) Try Gumtree http://www.gumtree.com.au/
My friend uses it to sell a lot of her things and she says it's a great site
You post an ad for free about something you want to sell and if someone is interested they contact you and you arrange how to receive items and payment. More info is in the tips and help section at the bottom. Hope that helps :)

Heather Josephine Pue (heatherjosephinepue) | 8 comments Why not just bring them by your local used bookstore? That said, when I'm looking for hard-to-find titles, I usually find Ebay to be the best bet, so you may want to try that if you've got anything of particular value.

These are all second hand book sites based out of the US (I believe), but I'm not sure what you have to do to sell on them; I usually just buy:

http://www.biblio.com/
http://www.alibris.com/

Marianne (cloggiedownunder) | 9981 comments I've been selling on Fishpond: if you make sure you cover yourself for postage, you can do OK, especially if it's a hard to get book, like the Arthur Upfield series, which are nice & thin, so can be posted as large letters

Having bought from Fishpond I'd recommend following this one up. Reliable service and postage is free to buyer, it's my online preferred site.
