Sounds exactly like the type of book that would keep me awake in terror all night :)
So must be good!
Just starting Think Twice by Lisa Scottoline. I believe this is my first by her. Some of the reviews are awful so this may be a mistake:)

#11 in the series, but one I haven't read either Phrynne:)

I know I am starting in the middle of the series but if it interests me I will start again at the beginning. I just picked this one up cheaply in a sale somewhere to try.

It is. Alas, it'll probably be another week before I get more than a few pages read in one go. I don't know about you, but books always read better when you get a good run at them.

I read Everywhere That Mary Went the first in the series back in 2011 and note I rated it 5 stars, but haven't got any further in the series.
So many books, so little time...

Love those books:)
Love those books:)
I'm enjoying Think Twice but I am getting very stressed about the dog who is in a very uncertain situation at the moment. I hate for animals to suffer even ones that aren't real:)

I read Look Again a couple of years ago and thought that was really good but I haven't read any others (More for the tbr list. Big Sigh!)
I hope the dog is OK Phrynne. I think it's more distressing when fictional animals die than fictional people! Somehow they're so innocent and don't deserve to get hurt, even in books.

I got so stressed I put the book down but maybe I can go back to it now and find out what happens:)

I finished Think Twice but I am not going to spoil it for anyone by telling you what happened to the dog in the end:)

I think this is the quickest I've ever read a book :)

Someone gets murdered in a mystery it ok they're dead - who killed them. A little critter is murdered I' m howling my eyes out!
I'm reading Night Drop by Michael W. Sherer. This is the 3rd in the Blake Sanders series, but they are individual stories each time. Released today....
Very much Sharon:) Not far in yet, but he's a brilliant thriller writer and I've loved the two previous novels.

I picked it up from Kmart. Sounded interesting. It's one of those 'few pages a chapter' thrillers by the looks of it. The concept of the novel - two people abducted and given the option to kill themselves to free the other or kill the other to free themselves - sounded intriguing.

I've got that one to read for my book club this month David :) I'll be interested in your thoughts.

I started reading and didn't want to put down Siege by UK thriller author Simon Kernick.

Wow that was a long down time for power. At least you were warned.

It sounds like my sort of book, but too many books, too little time:(

Just finished Split by Tara Moss. The jury is still out on whether I really like her books though.
