Ridiculous doesn't even BEGIN to describe this!! Highway robbery??? Extreme ripoff??? $20.00 and you have essentially nothing to show for it?? Not in this lifetime.....or any other one!
I am number 63 on the library hold list and still shaking my head and questioning the Kindle price. Highway robbery indeed, Melodie! How do we even know how the author of Harry Potter will translate to an adult book?

ken follett's sequel to fall of giants- winter of the world- is also priced at $19.99. i hope that by the time it's released, that price comes down significantly
I just looked nook for 17.99. will have to add it to the wish list for keep my eyes opened.
It was $17.99 for Kindle too a couple of weeks ago when I happened to look again. Still waiting on the library hardback.
