Hey guys I thought about posting one of my old fanfics.
Tell me if u like it and if I should write more. Enjoy and please review!!!! :-) Here's the chapter 1-

LOST- CH. 1
It was a dusty evening. Storm clouds stretched farther than the eye could see. The wizard world had just seen the and of the darkest wizards of all times. Lord Voldemort. Harry Potter, their saviour, their hero. The boy who lived twice. He had got them rid of Voldemort. But where was he?
The Daily Prophet had gone mad searching for him. All reporters were looking for him. But Potter was nowhere. Where? Where was he?

A little farther than London was a small town. It had been known for its evil influence. It was never thought of to be a good or progressive town. The Grillman House was the worst of the dirty houses. The Grillmans' were unemployed. The people thought they were weird. And why not? They never came out of there houses. Their world was always inside those four walls. No sign of living for them. The people rarely got to see their faces. They only could assume whether they were dead or alive. The folk of the town had not seen any of the Grillmans since 4 years.
One day Mr. Dickenson, their neighbour was out for a stroll. It was a beautiful evening. The sun was just setting at the horizon with a bright shade of orange. He was walking quite leisurely till he saw something. There was light in the Grillman house. What? No way! Thought Mr Dickenson. For the first time in the last 4 years had he seen the Grillman. All in black robes. As if they had been waiting for this very day. Then out of nowhere he saw a man holding another boy out of thin air. Mr Dickenson rubbed his eyes.
Bloody hell! Not possible. Or so were his thoughts. The boy was leaning on the man who too was in black robes. With loads of doubts he pulled his guts and walked down the path leading to the Grillman house. He comfortably adjusted himself in the bushes. The man had courage, really.
The three Grillmans nodded in welcome and opened the door. From his position he could he could see that the room was bright green. The boy was taken inside with Lady Grillman senior helping Grillman junior.
Mr. Dickenson moved uneasily, a pit forming in his stomach. and then suddenly he saw a huge snake crawl out of the bushes. He was surprised. Snakes, in this part of the country. Oh my! And then without knowing he screamed and had to shut his mouth tight with his hand when he realised what a big mistake he had made. Grillman Senior rushed to his spot. And took out a stick. Surely he won't be hitting me with that. Thought the old man. But Grillman was far ahead of that and he had plans ahead of that.
"I...I.l.ddidnt see a.. a thing."
"oh?"
"What is that? What will you do to me?"
"This is something far beyond muggle thinking. You know what this is. A wand. And as for you I'll show you what I can do"
"Wait what are you doing? N..N..No!"
But before he could say another thing Grillman spoke the two words...
"Avada Kedavra"

"Where did you find him son?" Mr Grillman asked his son, looking at the boy.
"He was just outside Kings Cross. Waiting for some girl."
"get up boy! Up!" Rick Grillman slapped the boy.
He got some water and splashed it on his face.
The boy rubbed his eyes. And opened them.
"Where am I?" Were his first words.
"you are safe with us." Rick replied
"but I should be at Hogwarts or at least at Kings Cross. I belong at Hogwarts. Where are my 2 best friends? Where is my girlfriend? What have you done to me?" He shouted
"Relax boy. Now tell me what is your name?"
"You ask my name? Why, I am Harry Potter of course!"

Ch 2- The News

Harry Potter MISSING
It had come to the notice of people that Harry Potter has been missing since the day of boarding the Hogwarts express. Rumour has it that the boy who lived was waiting outside Kings Cross for Ginevra Weasley to be later joined by Ronald Weasley and Hermione Granger. There is speculation that Ginny Weasley might be behind the act to avenge her brother Fred's death yet nothing is confirmed. A search party has been sent by Minister of Magic Kingsley Shacklebolt for Potter's search but to no avail. Further investigation to be continued. What does the DA have to say? Pg 5

"Did you see this? How dare they? I mean Fred would never want me to do anything like that!"
Ron, Ginny and Hermione were in the Hogwarts express. A special function was to be organised for the War. The next Hogwarts term would not start before next year. Therefore the students would only be staying for a week to attend the memorial service to pay a tribute to the dead. The school would then resume the re-construction work.
Ginny was crushing the Daily Prophet article with her hands. Her rage was boiling and she looked furious.
"this is just it. You helped in the war. You helped in killing Voldemort. They can't write this."
Hermione tried to console Ginny.
"Yeah. Harry's our best friend you won't do a thing like that. I bet that Skeeter woman has written this article. I wish we could see the name of the writer but that would only have been possible if you had not crushed it. Admit it lady you have hands of a man." Ron said
"Ronald Weasley! Your best friend is supposed to be kidnapped. Your sister is in distress because of the weird rumours and all you say is 'You have the hands of a man'?" Hermione scolded him.
"woah. Honestly Hermione you do have ears don't you? This listen to my first words. I was consoling her. I mean, can you ever stop correcting me where not needed?" Ron was now clenching his hands. His eyes wide with rage.
"You will not......" Hermione began but was interrupted by Ginny.
"Stop it you two! Can't you see I am already so mad. Don't make me anymore please! Harry. What happened to him?"
"Ginny is right. We can't think about ourselves. At this point Harry is more important." Said Hermione.
"Right then. So Gin, where were you exactly supposed to meet Harry. When did you last talk to him."
"I remember talking to him in the morning. He said he had to give some speech at memorial. He wanted to go back to Hogwarts with me so he asked whether I would going with you or not. I told him no and rest you know. We both were supposed to meet outside Kings Cross and then would be going to eat at. The muggle cafe near the station waiting for you and Hermione
"and then would board the Hogwarts express together. Why did this have to happen. I was hoping for a trouble free week. Oh no! Harry is missing. He just fought Voldemort. Now again he has landed himself in trouble." Ron could see Ginny's eyes getting wet as she said this.
"Harry seriously invites trouble. We need to do something. I wonder if the memorial would be held now since Harry is gone." Ron said
"I think it would be held but it may be postponed by a month or so. Harry has to be present to attend it." Hermione replied
"I say let's find him. He would not be far away from London. Maybe the memorial is postponed. If we can talk to Kingsley."
Ron and Hermione were surprised by the desperation in Ginny's voice. She sounded so much like her mother. Even they both wanted to find Harry but were not sure whether this was the right time. After several moments of silence they both looked at each other and nodded.
"Let's do it!" The two of them chorused.

I know this chapter is not as good as you might have expected. But I assure a better chapter next time!

Ch- 3. Questions and Answers

"Ok. So where do I begin? Let me see. You there man where did you exactly find me. You see I don't remember a thing so please if you could help me out there." Harry was pondering on the Daily Prophet when he noticed the headline.
"What the-?" he blurted.
"You know her?" Rick asked.
"Merlin! It's Ginny! But who wrote this article? Ofcourse. Skeeter. That old hag. I'd strangle her one day!" Harry was infuriated. He, very much like Ginny crushed the paper in his hand?
"Easy boy. Mrs. Grillman some water for him please. Rosie," he pointed at his daughter, "Go and burn this rubbish" he said looking at the newspaper.
Rosie picked up the Paper and walked into another room.
After having water Harry could relax but he was still angry. Ginny won't do that. How can they publish this after all the praises about the trio and her fighting Voldemort! One day he would sue the Daily Prophet. He swore.

"Now, you want to know how you got here boy?" Grillman asked.
Harry nodded.
"Very well. Miles will tell you. Miles. I think you owe someone an explanation." Grillman called his son Miles to talk to the Potterboy.
"so my question first. Where did you find me?" Harry inquired.
"outside Kings Cross. Waiting for some girl. I guess the one in the article."
"Yes Ginny." Harry shifted uncomfortably after speaking her name. He was just so mad at himself for putting her into all this. "But wait. I might have been waiting there. What exactly happened? Why did you bring me here?"
"Yes Mr. Potter but the situation was such that I couldn't help."
You couldn't help? What do you mean?"
"Nothing. Absolutely nothing. You were in danger."
"Danger? I was happily waiting for a girl and you got me here."
"wait Mr. Potter. You don't quite understand. The thing is-"
"Oh I understand. You abducted me, didn't you" Harry stared at him accusingly.
"Don't take it there Mr. Potter. I was trying to help you. You see Lucius Malfoy was tracking you down. He thinks you are the reason for the Dark Lord's fall. For his fall. It's because you that he lost his reputation. He wants revenge."
"Malfoy? Are you sure? But yes Of course it can be. He should be thankful I saved his son but he is plotting things against me."
"yes Mr. Potter-" Rick said but was cut by Harry.
"Harry. Call me Harry." Harry was somehow finding it strange but he was feeling grateful to these people. He owed then something after saving his life.
Grillman smiled.
"Yes Harry , that's exactly what I think. He has been plotting things against you."
"what about the memorial function at Hogwarts? Will it be held. I am late for it. I wanted to be present."
"I presume not. Not with you missing Mr. Potter."
"Missing! Aren't you going to let me go?" Harry felt uneasy. Just as he had started trusting them, he felt strange.
"Ah yes, but not now. Lucius Malfoy will be tracking you down. Its not safe. You should be under Ministry protection. You should remain here. For now ."

His voice was eerie. It rang through Harry's ears all day. For now.
Was that supposed to be bad?
Harry was confused. Why him? Again? The more he tried to like the Grillman the lesser he felt attracted to them.
Harry started t dislike them and for good reason. They kept him trapped in the house. He wasn't allowed to go. And for some reason he couldn't apparate somewhere else.

It was the day at Kings Cross when he last saw sunshine.

Sorry if I kept u waiting! Yeah I'm posting another chapter. I didnt receive any mails saying that somebody commented in the topic.

Ch 4- A small talk with Aberforth

One day. That was the time since Harry was missing. No reports. No clues. The Hogwarts memorial ceremony had to start at 11 today. Flitwick would have presented his choir first, then a small projection of the events that occurred had to be shown conjured out of McGonagall's memory. A flower ceremony for all those who had died. Special memories of the 2 headmasters of Hogwarts was also to be shown. Next Kingsley was to speak and he would invite Harry to relate everything. Then lunch and a 2 minutes silence. And over.
But no one was even sure whether the memorial ceremony would be held or not. If yes, then it would be a disrespect to Harry. If no, then it would disrespectful to the people. Who had given their lives.
The final decision rested with the Minister.
Ron, Ginny and Hermione got out of the Hogwarts express. They took a good look at dilapidated castle. They couldn't express their feelings just by taking a look at it. They wanted to stare and stare. Ginny wiped away a tear from her eyes. Ron put his arm around her. He knew it was because if Fred.
"we must at to Kingsley." Hermione did no action when they came to Hogwarts. She was just staring at the ruin. They were the first words she had spoken. Her voice sounded muffled and painful.
The trio realised that it would be best if they moved away from their.
"so where is Kingsley?" Ron asked.
"I guess in Bags and Cases. It's new and the best hotel in hogsmeade. After everything was in shambles it got constructed. They have the best food and also it's the costliest. And..." Hermione provided with the right answer as usual.
"it's most likely to be the place for residence of the Minister if Magic." Ginny completed.
"fine but first can we have some butterbeer. I'm dying to have those. Please?"
Hermione gave him the you-are-limits-Ronald-Weasley look. But then nodded.
"I guess I need a break too. Fine then. Ginny?"
"Alright but we'll not wait long. agreed?"
"Agreed." Ron and Hermione chorused.

I am sorry but I gotta go somewhere urgently. I promise I'll continue this and post the other part of it today only.

The three of them walked down the lane to hogsmeade. It was comparatively silent to the daily hustle bustle. It was also extremely dull for such a pleasant spring morning. For one thing, Harry was missing and the second, they were hungry.
Hermione led the way to the Hogshead. The pub was having a roaring business since the fall of Voldemort. They didn't go to their usual favorite The Three Broomsticks also because they wanted to say a hi to Aberforth.
"it's all right Ron. You can have your time with Madam Rosmerta later!" Hermione winked at Ginny. Both of them giggled. It was like the old Hogwarts day. Hermione hadn't seen Ginny smile since the last few days. They had been really depressing. She was pleased for making Ginny smile.
Ron made a face and walked down the street alone acting as if he didn't care what had just happened. 
When he reached the Hogshead, he waited for the two girls to come and then he pushed open the door for them. 
"in you go" 
"Thank you Mr. Gate Keeper!" this time it was Ginny teasing him.
They took a table by the corner a waitress came and took there orders. 
"can we see Aberforth please?" Ron asked.
The waitress nodded. 
"would you like me to invite him here or do you want to meet him separately?" 
Hermione looked at Ginny and then Ron and shook her head.
"Alone please."
"Very well. This way."
 She led them through a door into another hall. They came to a halt at a painting. 
"I'm sorry I can't take you any further. You have to go alone. You will find your orders at the table you were sitting on." 
"thanks." 
The waitress nodded and walked out of the door. The girl in the painting looked at the three of them.
"Hello Ron, Hermione and Ginny. Is everything alright? Aberforth told me about Harry. I'm sorry. Youre looking for him?"
"Hi Ariana! Most unfortunate. Yes we are. Can you help us?"  Ginny sounded impatient. They had still not had their butterbeer. They had to talk to Aberforth and he was not there as yet.
"push that door open. He is inside that room. He just came back from Ireland. Wealth and money have made him busy but I'm sure he'll talk to you." 
"Thanks Ariana. We'll come back later and talk." Ron said.
"No problem. Go."
"Bye." Hermione smiled and walked ahead with Ron and Ginny following.
Ginny knocked at the door. 
"hello? Can we come in?"
The door was pulled open and there stood a beaming Aberforth.
"oh come in. I recognised your voice Ginny."
"thanks Aberforth. We were passing by. Thought it wouldn't hurt to say a hi. You look quite changed. I mean not that way but you look...... Uh, rich?" Ron blurted and then stared at floor for saying that.
"no need to be ashamed, Ron. Yes now I'm richer. The pub has been doing great. I recently went to-"
"Ireland" they said at once.
"I see you have talked to Ariana. Wealth and-"
"Money." Again they said together.
"forget about me. How have you been doing Ginny. I know all about Harry."
"It's just unfair. Harry didn't deserve this. I'm going to go looking for him. I won't stop until I find him."
"We." Ron corrected her.
Hermione chose to say her favorite line.
"Don't you get it? We're into this together. Anyways, Aberforth do you know anything. Kingsley must have come here. Did he say anything?" 
"no Hermione kingsley didn't even come once. But I know one thing." Aberforth was being mysterious. Maybe he was having fun or maybe it was in his nature to be like this.
"what?" they had gotten into a habit of saying things together.
"Harry still has that two way mirror. I don't know whether he knows or not but as soon as I read the news of his disappearance I peeped inside the mirror and I saw a nameplate. It said The Grillmans. I don't who they are or what it means but it can be important. Do you think they might be Death Eaters?"
Ginny cupped her mouth with her hands and Hermione bit her lips.
"No. Harry never mentioned their name. Dad also didn't tell me about them. And I'm educated enough to know about any of those bastard Death Eaters."
"I guess we should immediately go and talk to Kingsley." Hermione said.
"That we will." Ginny wanted to take lead, now that they had found some link or clue to Harry.
"first you must have your Butterbeer. I'll ask Shacklebolt to come And meet you." Aberforth suggested.
"No need for that Aberforth. You've already given us an important clue. Isn't Kinglsey staying in Bags and Cases? We'll go and meet him there ourselves."
Ron asked.
"Right you are. You can meet him there. But you must hurry. I'll get your beer packed. Alright?"
"Thank you Mr. Dumbledore. We owe you something. See you later. Please convey our sorry to Ariana that we couldn't talk to her much."
"it's ok Hermione. Now go!"
Aberforth handed them the Butterbeer and took no money. He shook their hands and led them out of the door.

 

Nice! Can I make one suggestion? When Ginny says "Can we possibly come in," maybe get rid of the word "possibly"? Makes it sound more natural. (I won't be offended if you completely ignore my suggestion!)

Well that was easy.

Ch 5- Minister of Magic

Hermione tied her hair in a bun. It was becoming really hot or maybe she was tensed. Ron had a frown on his face. As for Ginny, there were lots of hurried footsteps on her part. But as different as their actions were, the same thoughts raced across their minds. Who were the Grillmans? Was Harry with them? Were they Death Eaters? They were no longer lost. Now they had an aim. To talk to Kingsley. To look for Harry. To know more about the Grillmans.
"There it is." Ron was pointing to the Bags and Cases. It was a neat building with red bricks and vines popping out from here and there. At the top there was a hoarding in black that said the name Bags and Cases in white.
Ginny pushed open the door and led the way to reception desk. A young lady, maybe in her 20s was sitting on the chair, pointing her wand at various pages to flip them and check the entries. She lookd up as she saw their shadows fall over her.
"Good Afternoon! Welcome to Bags and Cases. I am Casey Benson. How may I help you. Let me see you want a room for-" she cut short by Hermione.
"Thank you but we are not willing to take a room here."
Casy raised her eyebrows.
Ron jumped in to help Hermione.
"She didn't mean it that way. Now, Ms. Benson, we are in a very tragic situation. Are friend-"
"Harry, I know. He's missing."
"Yes, you are right. And for us to find him it it is very important that we talk to the Ministry." Ron had handled it very well.
"Sure sir. But I have strict orders not to let any visitors in without his permission. Do you mind if I go and check."
"Listen, we are losing on time. Kingsley knows us. WE NEED TO TALK!"
"You must be Ginny Weasley. Very well, bit don't blame me if he shouts at you. He has gone pretty mysterious after the disappearance of your friend. Hardly shows himself. Take the stairs to the 4th floor, go straight in the corridor and turn left, leave two rooms and the third one, which is 412, is Minister's room."
"Thanks a lot Casey. You've been a darling." Ron shook her hands and Hermione stared at him.
"What? She wouldn't have even helped us if I had not come to the rescue."
"Whatever." Hermione sounded stern.
Ginny was getting impatient. "Come on now both of you. Let's go. There are the stairs."
They took just the same route as directed by Casey and reached Kinglseys room. This time Hermione knocked.
"Kingsley. It's us. Ron, Ginny and me. Open the door please."
No answer.
Hermione knocked again. Nothing.
"What's up with him? Do you reckon I should try?" Ron said.
"Your wish. Kingsley will never hide from such a serious situation like this. He would never let down his people." Hermione replied.
"Correct. There's something even more wrong that it seems. Ron open the door." Ginny agreed.
Ron took out his wand his wand and pointed at the door.
"Bombarda!"
Hermione had put the Muffliato spell, so nobody heard a thing. Ron put the broken door aside and kicked some stone on the floor. Ron had conjured a perfect spell. The room was just perfect except for the door. It was perfect as the person inside the room would not be hurt a bit.
"Kinglsey? Are you inside?" Ginny called out.
"Come on. I dont hear anything. We have to find him." Hermione said.
They stepped inside the room. Ginny was sweating. Clearly she was tensed.
There were no signs of anybody in the room. Ron went in to check the bathroom. Hermione looked beside the bed for any clues. Ginny searched the bedroom closet and dressing table.
"Aye! Ginny, Hermione come here fast." It was Ron.
The girls rushed to the bathroom. Hermione screamed and Ginny was just controlling herself not to burst into tears. The minister for Magic was lying on the floor, clearly injured. Some dried blood was spilled on the bathroom mattress.
"Oh my God!"
"How did this happen?"
"We need to get help!"
"Ron is he dead?"
"Check it please!" Ginny was finally in tears. Why was all this happening again? And if it was to happen then why not with the bad people?
"I can't feel a pulse."
"Please don't say so Ron. Move away." Hermione leaned to check his breath and feel his heartbeat.
"I can hear something. It's his heartbeat. Ron we need to apparate and take him to St. Mungo's."
"Right. You are the best at it. Do it Hermione."
"Fine. Hold my arm both of you!"
They grasped her arm and she held Kingsleys.
"You will be alright."
And then Whoosh

Ooooooh! Intense things are happening! Awesome! Probably your best chapter yet. Have you posted this on Fanfiction.net?

And no. I haven't posted it on fanfiction.net.

I wanted a suggestion. Do u think I shld keep Harry's part in the fanfic and dedicate a chapter to him like usual. I don't find his part interesting since Ron and Hermione and Ginny have to look for him and he doesn't have much of a role. Any answers?

I think that if you're going to have Harry in it at all, there should be regular updates as to what is going on. However, I also think that it would still be good if you left his part out. You could still keep the part about the Grillmans' in the first chapter, to add an element of mystery. I don't find his part that boring, so far, but I can see how it could be difficult to keep it interesting. It's your decision as the author, though.

Ch 6- Click and Gone
The memorial ceremony had finally been cancelled, not by the Minister, but by the Undersecretary since Harry had been well um let's see...... Lost.
The Grillmans had not been as good as they were on the firs day. In fact they were becoming worse everyday. They were not starving him but they were depriving him of his freedom. Troubled by this harry, one day, asked Rick,
"how long do you think I have to stay here?"
"Don't know. A week. A month. A year. Forever."
"what non sense. Are you mental?" Harry clenched his fists.
"of course not. You are safe here."
"I have been listening to that crap ever since the day I came to this place."
"Because it's true." Rick was acting calm but he was losing it.
"That's it. I am of age. I can leave when I want to. And you what I think? You are more dangerous than anybody else at present." Harry kicked his chair and banged the table.
"Now, don't you get violent Potter. You know we are trying to help you...."
"trying? Help? Me? Nonsense!"
"Please Potter, don't force me to-"
Potter? Since when was Harry called potter by the Grillman guy?
"To what, huh? I'll show you what I can do!"
"That's it. Rosie! Honey, get that blue tonic. I guess somebody needs it here."
Harry saw Rosie appear out of the room. She looked puzzled.
"Dad? Are you sure you want that potion."
Her eyes were shining. She didn't suit the dark atmosphere of the Grillman house. She was wearing shiny blue frock on which she had worn her robes. Her hair was in a braid. Every feature of hers opposed Rick. 
"Do as directed."
Rosie nodded.
"What was all that about?" Harry asked. 
"You don't need to dig your nose everywhere Potter." Grillman's tone was very rude. He clearly didn't like Harry.
"I-"
"Come Rosie. Shove it down his throat." rick ordered her.
"No. Please." Harry's eyes were pleading her but Rosie didn't stir. Her face showed resistance but she was scared of her father.
"It'll be alright. Take this."
"You wait now Potter. You are in trouble."
Rick held Harry's hands Miles opened his mouth while Rosie poured the potion in it.

Harry opened his eyes slowly. First it was difficult to adjust to so much light since the Grillman house was in darkness but then he could fully see everything. It looked like an old warehouse. The bright light was coming from the lamp lit above it. Harry's hands were tied. He moved his arms to check for his wand. Thankfully he felt it there. 
The clock on the wall showed 9:30 pm. Harry's Stomach growled for food.
Then he heard footsteps.
"Who's there?" Harry inquired.
"It's me, Rosie. Dad will kill me if would have known I was here. Keep your volume down." 
Rosie pushed upon the door and her body shined in the moonlight. She looked beautiful. 
"Here, eat this." she handed him some bread and sausages.
"Listen I am gonna help you. Dad is plotting something serious. You need to get out of here."
"What do you mean? How can you help me?"
"We'll have the Q and A session later, okay. Now... Sorry i'll first untie u." she spoke as she undid the knot. "you cant apparate here. You need to be out of this place"
"Exactly where?" 
"You need to be out of the garden fence. You can easily apparatus there. I'll distract dad. Go now. You are in danger."
Harry felt odd but he went up to her and gave her a light hug.
"Thanks Rosie. I'll see you soon."
"Don't wish that." Rosie returned the hug and lead him no the fence. 
"Don't worry. It'll be alright."
"But hey Rosie where am I supposed to go."
"I don't know, to your friends?"
"Right. But they might be at Hogwarts."
Suddenly they heard a shout and the lights in the Grillman house went on. 
"No! Go Harry else I'll be in trouble."
"Alright. Sometime again. Bye."
Harry raced his way down the path to the gate of the Grillman house while Rosie carefully went up the Grillman house.
Harry pushed open the gate open and decided where to go.
The burrow. Best place to be in.
And then there was a familiar whoosh .

Oooh, action!
Suggestion: After Harry takes the potion, maybe go to another chapter with Ron, Hermione, and Ginny. It would be like a mini cliff-hanger, and keep the reader wanting more. Then you could go back to Harry.
Again, my suggestions aren't necessarily the right answer, just my opinions. No offense taken if you ignore them. (And if you think that I am being to 'pushy', please let me know.)

You mean that I cut off that part after the line and leave the chapter there and then continue with Ron Ginny and Hermione?

Yeah. I think it might add suspense. (By the way, it's not bad the way it is! Please don't change it if you don't want to.)

Ch-7 At St. Mungo's PART I

"Do you think it will work?"
"Of course Ron. They are healers. They know their job."
"He's been in there for more than 24 hours. I reckon the people behind this and Harry's kidnapping have some link. Thoughts?"
They were sitting on one of the hospital benches. There was an unusual crowd. They watched healers rushing out here, owls delivering flowers and letters and heard the usual clank of bottles. Kinglsey was immediately taken to the emergency ward as they apparated with him.
"He is on heavy medication isn't he? Look at those bottles." Ron pointed to a healer coming with an enormous tray consisting of small empty test tubes and a bubbling cauldron. His badge read the name 'Al Kaholic'.
"Hello! Kingsley is critical but improving. The other healers wished to convey their thanks for bringing the Minister on time. A day and he would be gone. It's late. Do you want me to book a room at 'Bags and Cases'? We'll take care of the Minister now." His politeness impressed the three of them. Indeed, he wanted to help. After all the case involved the Minister and Harry Potter.
"That's really sweet of you to offer that." Hermione said to match his politeness. "But we think we are done with that place now. Are there any rooms available at Mungo's? Nice name." She ended with a smile.
"I think I can arrange that for the people who saved the wizarding world. And yeah, thanks. Does that give a bad impression of my personality. Hope not because I'm nothing like that. not in the day atleast. But that's an entirely different story and a long one too which I may be able to tell due to the lack of time and your hurry." He grinned showing of one of his diamond tooth.
"We'll wait here then. And don't worry we'll definitely meet you again to hear that story." Ron held out his hand to shake his.
After five minutes or so Al Kaholic came with a key and handed them to Ginny. She took them, took direction to reach the room, waved a goodbye and went the given way to their room. It was a spacious one, given the fact that it had 3 beds. Ron took the bed to the corner, with Hermione in the middle and Ginny at the other end.
They changed from their heavy robes into lighter night dresses and made their beds for the night. They had ordered their dinner from the cafeteria and had a quiet meal in the room. They settled them in their beds. Ginny closed her eyes trying hard to forget the past events that had occurred in her life. She clutched her mattress when she heard a sound.

I don't think I would change the previous chapter but I'll take your suggestion to leave PART I here only.

PART II

A dark figure appeared with a parchment in one hand. He approached Ginny's bed. He held out his hand and that was the moment when Ginny screamed. A loud scream. Ron woke up with a start and Hermione also screamed without any reason. Ron reached out for the deluminator to open the lights and Hermione took out her wand. As the lights lit up his face it was clear who he was.
"AL KAHOLIC!!!!!" The three of them chorused.
"Relax baby, call me Al." He replied.
"Gosh, you smell horrible. Is that liquor. That's what you meant by not in the day at least." Said Hermione.
"What's that?" Ginny pointed to the parchment in his hand.
"First my story. You wanna listen how I became Al Kaholic?"
"No!" The three said together.
"Fine then have a seat. It was a bright day and my mother was going to the zoo with me. She wanted to buy herself monkeys as pets. I accompanied her. It was the first time I tasted liquor. Awesome. And since then I am drinking." He finished his story.
"Is that it? That's your great story. You go to a zoo and drink alcohol. That's it." Ron had thought it would have been something better. Besides he was the least interested.
"And now keys get back to business. What's that?" Ginny asked.
"A map."
"What for?"Hermione asked.
"What use is a map of darling? Oh! And people think you are the brightest witch." He mocked.
"Stop wasting our time and tell us about its use." Ron said his face turning red.
"To find Harry." He took some bottle put of his pocket and began drinking from it.
"Oh give it here!" Ginny snatched the map from him.
"But who is it from?" But before Hermione could complete he had already collapsed.
"Look at this. It's more of a puzzle. How can we solve this?" Ron peered over the map.
"It's supposed to be operated with a wand. Here." Hermione took out her wand and tapped on the parchment. Nothing. She moved her wand over it and words began appearing.
"Do it traditionally." Hermione read out aloud.
"What's that supposed to mean?" Ginny asked.
"Will I solemnly swear I am up to no good work?"
She tried it but no.
" open sesame ?"
She tried it and it worked. The Map read their first step in finding Harry. Their first clue that they had to work out.

I edited the last chapter where Al says about his father and name. Wasn't suiting it. :-D

Ch-8 Mrs. Weasley

The moment Harry apparated he knew he was headed somewhere he wanted. The Burrow, a safe haven in times of need. The place which made him realise blood relations are not important and that he still had a family. Harry landed in the lake behind the burrow, his usual place. His clothes had gotten wet and he needed refreshment.
Harry took out his wand and whispered, "Lumos".
His wand lit the path and he soon found himself racing to reach the door. How he missed the times when he had been here with Ron, Ginny and Hermione. It had been so long since he had seen them. He longed to meet Ginny. They had been together for such a little time and that time also Harry wished to maintain a distance since he knew Voldemort would use her against him. He saw lights coming from the kitchen. Harry took two steps and knocked the door. He heard footsteps and could feel the handle of the door being turned. Mrs. Weasley stood on the door, wearing one of her apron, armed with her wand. She looked at him and stared. Stunned. Speechless. Dumbfounded.
"Oh Harry!" That's all she could manage to say.
She held out her arms asking for a hug. Harry stepped forward and hugged her. For days he had not felt like this. To be close to someone you love. Feel their warmth.
After a few moments Harry finally said,
"Um Mrs Weasley? I am wet. Can we please go inside."
"Of course Harry. I'll call Arthur and Ron. Use the bathroom if you please. You'll find clothes in Ron's room. Oh Harry I am so happy to see you. I'll contact them and then we'll talk. Go, freshen up." said Mrs. Weasley.
Harry took a shower, dried himself and put on one of Ron's old pyjamas and a loose shirt. H went down to ask for something to eat but dinner was already served. Mrs Weasley was seriously amazingly fast at such things. Harry helped himself with a few sausages, some buns, chicken legs and chocolate pudding.
"That was awesome Mrs Weasley. What did Mr Weasley and Ron say?" Harry asked.
"Harry I did talk to Arthur using my patronus but I couldn't reach Ron. Arthur will be here any moment. It's Ron, Ginny and Hermione whom I worry about. They went on a mission to look for you. The three have not talked to me since the day the of the memorial ceremony which got cancelled due to Kingsleys injury."
"Kingsley is injured?" Harry asked.
"Yes Harry. And the Order thinks its the same people who were behind your kidnapping." Mrs Weasley explained.
"You mean the Grillmans?"
"Who are the Grillmans?" Mrs Weasley looked the stunned again. The name had definitely shook her.
"That's the answer I am looking for. Mrs Weasley, do you know where the three are?" Harry asked.
"It's strange that I get to know things about my own children from the Prophet. Well today's, evening newspaper says they only took Kinglsey to the Mungo's. I guess they are staying at Bags and Cases or in one of Mungo's rooms." Said Mrs Weasley.
"I'll go look for them right now?" Harry began to move out of the door when Mrs Weasley pulled him in.
"Are you mad. You go out and it's all over. I'm sure you escaped with a lot of difficulty. Do you want to get caught? Which brings me to the point, how did you escape?" She inquired.
Harry explained all about Rosy and how the Grillmans had disallowed him from going anywhere and their mysterious behaviour, and how Rosy helped him to escape.
"Wow. That was gripping."
Mrs Weasley was being helped by Harry in clearing the dishes when they heard a knock.
"That would be Arthur." Mrs Weasley wiped her hands and went to open the door.
Mr Weasley looked sad and angry. His expression softened a bit on seeing Harry. He shook hands.
"Everything alright, Mr. Weasley?" Harry asked looking at his behaviour.
"No. I just found out. Ron, Ginny and Hermione are missing. Somehow the news has leaked that you have escaped Harry. And..." His voice cracked.
"And...? Arthur?" Mrs Weasley shook him.
"And Kingsley Shacklebolt is supposedly dead."

Ooooh! Suspenseful! The one thing that I really like about your writing is that you're very good at endings.

Ch-9 The first clue.

"How are we gonna do this?" Ron asked.
"Easy Ronald. We write down the enemies. The families that would have been the most affected by Voldemort's death. Got your quill Ginny?" Said Hermione.
"In, right here." Ginny pointed to her pocket and took out her quill.
"So whom should we put?"
"Malfoys." Said Ron.
"Good Ron, yes. Malfoys. All the death eaters except them are in jail." Hermione explained.
Earlier, the Malfoys had been tried. Ut they were acquitted since they had abandoned Voldemort when they found out about his plans to kill Draco.
"I'll put them on our list then." Ginny said as she wrote down about the Malfoys. "Who else. Except for the Malfoys everyone else is in jail."
"Not necessary. The Grillmans. What about them?" Ron certainly surprised the other two.
"Brilliant Ron! We had totally forgot about them. But there is still another question. Who are they?"
Nobody had thought about this. After all this was the most important clue. Who were the Grillmans? Where did these people live?
"I'll write there name, whatsoever. How about we look them up. There must be a library at St. Mungos." Ginny said.
"I reckon no. This is a healing centre, why would they require a library. The one at Hogwarts is out of reach-" Hermione was interrupted by Ron.
"Didn't they shift the Hogwarts library to Hogsmeade. The books had not been damaged but they definitely needed to repair the library. So for the books have been shifted and given another library at hogsmeade only."
Hermione gaped at Ron.
"Right. Where is this place and what's it called?" Hermione said but then realised what she had asked.
"Hermione! What's up with you. He just said its in hogsmeade and its not just any place. It's your favorite- the library. Gosh, I feel you guys have exchanged places." Ginny said.
Hermione just managed a shy and small sorry.
"What are we waiting for, lets go." Ginny said.
"Sis, it's night. Nobody will attend you. Take some rest. We'll go tomorrow morning." Ron sounded sensible. It was pointless going at night.
"I seriously reckon I need some sleep. What say?" Hermione said.
"Seconded." Ron laughed.
"Ditto." Ginny agreed.
They arranged themselves in their beds and shut the door. They had had enough of Al Kaholic.

It was almost one at night. The three were fast asleep. Ron felt a need to use the toilet but their room didn't have one. Without making any sound, he wore a robe and his slippers and pushed open the door. With the help of his wand he lit up his path. He cast a spell to get directions to the bathroom. When he reached the toilet he pushed open the handle only to find two people inside.
"You must be joking." Ron said to himself and then looked at his watch, "it's 1:15 am. What in the world are they doing here?"
He peeped inside to see an old man and a younger person. They had their wands out and it seems as if they were strategising something.
He put an ear to the door to listen better.
"They need to choose. This plan has to work. A fire in Mungos will shock everyone." The older man said.
"Don't be a fool father. You can't just kidnap the minister and ask for Harry Potter in his exchange. This will lead to us getting caught." The younger man argued with his father.
Ron thought he must be mistaken. He just heard his best friends name being taken. His best friend who was missing. Could the rumours possibly be right? Were the same people responsible for both the cases. He debated whether to go and get the girls and minister out her or to stay behind to hear more. He decided to go with second option.
"Miles! You dare question my plans. It was me who planned Harry Potters kidnapping, not you."
"Exactly the reason why he escaped." Said miles.
"Stop it. We are arguing with each other. You set fire to the building, I go and get Shacklebolt. No questions. Done?" The old man said.
"Fine" Miles snorted
Ron saw him coming towards the door and rushed back to the room. He needed to get the girls out now, and contact the security. It was now that he realised that these people were the Grillmans. He might be the father and the younger one, Miles, was the son.
He raced down the corridor, pushed open the door to his room and woke up the girls.
"No time to explain. Come on! We gotta inform the Auror's now. I'll go get Kingsley." Ron was frantic.
"I'll use my patronus."
"Come on! Lets go to Kingsley's room." Hermione said.
"It's not working." Ginny waved her wand.
"Forget it! Hold my hand." Ron held out his hand. The girls grabbed him and just as they were about to apparate the heard something.
"Fire! Fire! Come out of your rooms. All apparition attempts will be cancelled. You are requested to cooperate and not use magic."
Ron recognised the voice immediately.
"It's the son, Miles. Come on we can do this. Lets go to Kingsley. "
He grabbed the girls and apparated to Kingsley but they were too late.
"He's not here!" Hermione shouted. "We're late."
"Oh no! There's a fire here. And it's spreading." Ginny pointed to the fire on the floor.
"Hold my hand! I'll get you out of here." Ron said, trying hard not to panic, since he had got them here.
The girls grabbed his hand only to find themselves being engulfed by the fire.....

I think it's my best chapter so far.

I would agree!
One suggestion is that when Hermione is explaining what the Malfoy's did, don't make it something that Hermione says, since Ron and Ginny probably already know. Just add it in after she speaks so the readers know.

Ch- 9 Abandoned

Falling. Exactly the same sensation was being felt by Hermione.
But how? They had just apparated out of Mungo's and she remembered that Kingsleys ward had caught fire or maybe somebody set fire to it. Next she recalled that she caught hold of Ron's hand and at that very moment her robes had caught fire. Thats what had happened, but wait.... She opened her eyes and saw that she was hanging in the air and not falling down. Ginny was holding out her wand, pointing it at Hermione. Hermione felt hot all of a sudden.
Her whole body seemed to be boiling. She looked at her robes and that's when she screamed.
"Keep it down! Oi! Ginny let her fall." Ron said.
Ginny moved her hand, to release Hermione and conjured another spell to extinguish the fire. "It's alright. Did you seriously think we'd let you get burnt?"
Ron wrapped his arms around Hermione giving her a small peck. "Blimey. Hermione you scared me."
"Where are we?" Her first words.
Ginny snorted. "Ask Ron."
Hermione looked at him questioningly.
"I don't know. But I guess as long as we're safe, it hardly matters." He added with a smile.
"Ron's right. So now are you going to tell us what happened in the bathroom?" Hermione asked.
Ron narrated his story. Telling them how he needed t use the washroom, and how he found the two men.
"The Grillmans" Ginny said.
"That's right. So it's confirmed. They are behind all this." Ron said
"I say we strike out the Malfoys and go to the library to find something about them."
"Agreed"
"Agreed"
"I am dead tired. Can we please sleep?" Ron asked
"Again, Ron's right. Some wont do any harm." Hermione was supporting Ron a lot.
"Fine. We are gonna continue tomorrow only. How about we make some grass beds." Ginny suggested.
"I'll do it." Hermione volunteered.
Hermione pulled out her wand and made three cosy beds out of the hay.
"When do we get up next morning?" Ginny asked
"Ginny. First let us sleep then when we wake up tomorrow morning then we can decide." Ron didn't want to discuss anything. He was tired. Kingsleys mysterious disappearance was already disturbing him.
"Why?" Ginny demanded.
"Why? Ginny. I guess we are all tired and I said that we'd be going to the library tomorrow so why are you stressing." Ron said.
Ginny was getting heated up without any reason. "Ron, Harry has been missing since 5 days now and there's nothing that we've worked out! What do you expect?"
Ron thought as if he was being accused. "So you think I don't care about Harry?"
Ginny mocked. "Exactly my thoughts."
"How dare you accuse your brother Ginny? Besides, don't forget, I was with Harry longer that you were. And we were best friends long time before you were seeing him!" Ron defended himself.
"But seeing the situation, I think I care more! You don't love anyone for real Ronald. You dated Lavender Brown. I doubt how much you love Hermione. " Ginny was no less.
"You will not-"
Hermione who had been quite for such a long time finally came into the conversation.
"Merlins beard! Stop it you two! Your fighting wouldn't result in us finding Harry!"
They both became silent.
"Now sleep!" She ordered. "No more talking"
"You sound so much like Mum." Ron said.
Hermione glared at him and went to her bed. The three were asleep in no time.

Ginny was the first one to wake. She looked at the other two. Ron was snoring softly. She debated on whether or not to wake them and chose to go looking for some food.
"Nothing's here. Only my brother can manage to successfully apparate to a place like this." She said disgusted.
After a while, when nothing was found she decided to go back to their camping area and wake the other two so that they could apparate to hogsmeade for some breakfast.
"Where were you? We've been looking for you all this time." Ron inquired.
Ginny was still angry about last night.
"I had to gone to look for some food for you, but couldn't find any because you brought us here where there is nothing except hay!"
Ginny deliberately pronounced the words 'you and here' as if she was accusing Ron, which she was.
"What's up with you? You are fighting with me?" Ron looked at her, looking for a reason of all this temper, but could find none.
"Are you still angry about last night Gin? To be honest, you are overreacting Ginny! Ron Should be more angry " Hermione was cut short by Ginny.
"Overreacting? What happened to you? Generally you are fighting with him but today you are siding with Ron! You are such a traitor Hermione!"
Ron decided it was enough when he saw Hermione's eyes being filled with tears.
"Thast it Ginny!"
Ron's voice echoed through that place. Ginny turned red in the face.
"That really is it! I am going. If you are not gonna find Harry, I am. And I am gonna find him Ronald Weasley because I really want him to be safe. I am not like you, who is friends with Harry just for fame."
Ron dropped his gaze.
"I can't believe my sisters saying that. GO! NOW!"
"Ginny no! Stop!" Hermione was crying now.
Ginny looked at her. Her eyes showed no signs of care. She was angry. And not the normal 'Ginny' anger but something else.
"Oh get off me! I am going to find him alone. None of that crying is gonna help you."
Hermione pulled her hand back in disbelief.
Ginny pocketed her wand and disapparated.
Ron couldn't believe it-
Ginny Weasley had just abandoned her brother and best friend and was gone.

Was this chapter a bit too exaggerated?
I wanted a fight between the trio. Please suggest anything if you find that it's not suiting the story.

I liked how Ginny was really upset. I don't really think that she meant any of these things, but the stress of Harry missing and not being able to do anything about caught up with her. Really good! I don't think that it was to exaggerated.
