Nora keeps saying she has no plans to end the series yet. She still has plenty of stories for Eve and gang.

Nora has plans for this series still and I think it's been said as well that if Eve ever gets pregnant (which isn't any time soon), that it might indicate the end of the series.

I am so glad. Still love her books and always waiting for more.

Well, now you two have convinced me to stay away from reading it. I don't do patient very well:)
Finalllly Eve gets to spend 9-5 in Roarke's world. I bet he's gonna be loving it.

February 26.
FYI, the book list has the release dates for all pending titles for future reference. After release, the date is changed to reflect the year of release only.

I know I'm still going to giggle again at the kid confrontation. I have met so many little monsters that I wanted to threaten it just did my heart good to have Eve do it ... and the mother was so funny!

Right ... and if you'll take off your boots I'll kiss your feet!
The scenes of her early exposure to Mavis's daughter were so funny although she's getting better adjusted. Another really funny scene (and I don't remember which book) was the family BBQ/picnic with Mira's family and the little boy, about toddler age, tries to feed her fruit salad.

The book was another of Robb's hits. Can't say it was an absolute favorite, but I really thought it was good.

Wow, I am kind of bored with this. I'm finding it kind of slow paced (just starting chapter 9 now) and really struggling to get through it. I have however enjoyed the scenes of Eve interviewing Alva & Sissy and the snowblinding Candida. (Can I also moan that every time I read Candida, the horrible song by Tony Orlando & Dawn go through my head???? Gak! )

“All this frantic excitement just to catch a glimpse of a cop? It made her embarrassed for New York.
When she whispered as much to Roarke, he laughed. Just laughed, then completed the embarrassment by kissing her.
And the crowd went wild.
“Cut that out!”
“I might resist,” he said, lifting her hand to his lips, “if you’d stop delighting me.”
“I’ll work on it.”
It was just part of the op, she told herself as reporters began to swarm. Just part of the trap.
Great night, looking forward to it, blah, blah, yeah, yeah, the dress is Leonardo.
Whose shoes are they? They’re my shoes.”
