Goodreads Librarians Group discussion

I don't know if this has ever been discussed before...but has Goodreads ever considered changing the 'Lists With This Book' feature so it's no longer edition-specific? Right now it only shows lists that include that particular edition.

For instance, my own book was added to a couple of lists before the paperback edition came out, but now the paperback is the most frequently shelved edition, and its page says "This book is currently not featured on any Listopia lists."

Also, with older public-domain books where the most-shelved edition has no cover or a bland one-size-fits-all cover, I like to shelve a more attractive edition and that's the one I'd prefer to add to lists. But if I do that, the lists will not appear on the page of the edition most people see. It's a bit frustrating. Is there any prospect of changing it?
