Janice (jamasc) | 59948 comments Could we keep this thread restricted to just the reporting and no discussion? It would make tracking a little easier for me.

Be sure to congratulate each other on our discussion thread.

Sam (ecowitch) | 2354 comments I've just re-done it and it seems to be working now, obviously the GR gremlins are at play again...or I pasted it wrong in the first place but it seems fine now.

Thanks Janice :-)

I mistook the published date of 1877 for number of pages. But 1500 is still awesome!

Drinks: points for this read. 6 (so 7.5 overall).

message 21: by Janice, Moderator (new)

Janice (jamasc) | 59948 comments Rusalka - could you edit both the score cards you did and change your page # scores to 2 pts? That will give you an additional 2 points over all.

message 22: by Janice, Moderator (new)

Janice (jamasc) | 59948 comments My final score card is for drinks only: 3 pts.

message 23: by Rusalka, Moderator (new)

Rusalka (rusalkii) | 19206 comments YES!

message 24: by Janice, Moderator (new)

Janice (jamasc) | 59948 comments Let's see - our team members won some events!

Connie won 100 meter dash (score card up)
Sam won "Flash in the Pan"
Rusalka won "Sharp Shooter"

I don't think there were points awarded for Sam & Rusalk... maybe just badges.

message 25: by Rusalka, Moderator (new)

Rusalka (rusalkii) | 19206 comments Hmmm... I shall not relay what my cheerleader is yelling about Sam and I winning events and no points. No matter how amusing it is.
I think next time I will need to convince him to compete in his own right.

message 26: by jaxnsmom (new)

jaxnsmom | 8341 comments I'm gonna bet those events will mean points. Kat just hasn't told us about it yet :)

message 27: by Rusalka, Moderator (new)

Sleep well Team Europe!!!

message 28: by Ava Catherine (last edited Aug 19, 2012 07:36AM) (new)

Ava Catherine | 4258 comments I am not sure I understand that either. Looks to me like we all would earn the points for the events entered unless it is a team event. Maybe the points all go to the team unless we win the event? Then it seems those points should still go to the team. It is not clear.

It is much better thanks. The meds have kicked in. It usually lasts about two or three days. Off and on...but I have wonderful medication. Guess that is why I dozed off. Or part of the reason.

I have really enjoyed meeting you and reading with you and Sam. I hope we can be on the same team again.

message 33: by Ava Catherine (new)

Ava Catherine | 4258 comments Thanks for all your help, Janice! I enjoyed being on your team! Maybe we can do this again. I am looking forward to another toppler.

Grand Total: 107 Points!

Yoohoo - good work team.

(clarification: There were 3 AtW members who joined the Toppler and 3 mods who are members of AtW, so Judy decided we would share the invite points equally.)

message 37: by Ava Catherine (new)

I kept drinking bottled water! 16.8 oz. per bottle. ; )
I kept my kidneys working overtime! I think I lost several pounds drinking water and green tea. " happy dance"

Kat (katzombie) | 2478 comments See, Topplers can totally be GOOD for your health too ;-)

Well done Team Europe!

message 43: by Janice, Moderator (new)

Janice (jamasc) | 59948 comments I know how many trips I made to the bathroom. It was equal to the number of cups of tea/water/juice etc that I drank.

How did you make out Connie? Was the bathroom your favorite reading hangout?

message 44: by Ava Catherine (last edited Aug 21, 2012 12:58PM) (new)

Ava Catherine | 4258 comments I kept a path between the den and the bathroom. heehee

I detoxed my system! For sure!

message 45: by Janice, Moderator (new)

message 47: by Janice, Moderator (new)

Janice (jamasc) | 59948 comments LOL! Enjoy that bottle of water. I had left over tea in my teapot so I added sugar and put it in the fridge. I have iced tea with which to celebrate.
