History:
Personality: Pretty typical of fire benders. He has a ferce temper and is rash. He jugded people fast and it is hard to change his mind. He loves a goos time and hates the Earth benders. (Mostly because they are so stubborn) He likes the color red a lot.

History: Her mother died in childbirth. Her father blamed her for the death and never spoke to her. She took care of herself until age 10 when her father commited suicide. She buried her father right next to her mom. She carried on from here always trying to be happy person. She doesnt have any friends and visits her parents grave as many times as she can. She used to cry every night for her dead parents but now doesnt. She tries to forget but couldnt and soon stopped visiting her parents grave. She got angrier and angrier until she became the stubborn hotheaded person she is now.
Personality: Talia is the definintion of fire. She can get mad easily and WONT back down from a fight. She is EXTREMELY stubborn and never ever backs down. She is outgoing and very talkative. She is always moing like she has ADHD and she is VERY VERY VERY crazy. she is crazy and fun in her own little way. She sees the rainbow in things and tries to cheer peaople up. she is often daydreaming.

Family: Staccato gets along great with his father and mother, two rather standard people who just try to live their lives. His mother runs a store and his father is a tailor. He is the second youngest of for children, three boys(him, his brother Adrian(30), and his other brother Karai(27) and a young sister Dalaiah(17). Dalaiah is just about to go to her first Council meeting, and Staccato wants to do everything he can in his power to help her be as ready as she can be for her big day.
History: Staccato was born youngest son of a tailor, and was raised to a normal life, with normal grades and normal friends. When he was five, he fell off a ladder in his house, damaging his spine. He thinks that since that he can move faster, but he doesn't react to pain as quickly as a normal person would, and can take more of it before noticing. He always thought this made him special.
Personality: Has quite the sense of humor, always pulling pranks on people and setting traps for them. He is also quite intelligent, being good at understanding physics and how gravity will affect things. He can calculate how much damage something/someone would take in a fall(I can do that, too), and can normally judge the height of something within three inches, either way. He is normally seen as brusk or antisocial, but once you get past the surface you find he really does have a soft spot for people. He is fiercely protective, especially of his little sister, and absolutely hates it when something happens to one of his friends.

Apperance: Henry is of medium height (5"9'). He's quite strong, even if his muscles don't bulge. He has that lithe, toned apperance of a runner. Dark brown hair is often messy from his constantly running his fingers through it. Dark green eyes peer underneath bushy eyebrows with an unusual intensity. His lips, usually formed into a slight smile, are outlined by the beginnings of a beard/moustache combo (not really sure what you call it).

Personality: Henry is a soft spoken man. He keeps a cool, suave aura about him, unusual for a fire elemental. He doesn't like a lot of attention and tends to blend in with the background. He's noticed that he can learn a lot about a person when they don't think anyone's looking (much to his amusement). Although it might feel like he's a bit misanthropic, Henry simply doesn't really know how to act around large groups of people. Few people, mostly only his true friends and family, can see the warm-hearted, caring man he is.
Although Henry is, for the most part, calm, it doesn't take much to arouse his anger. His anger is not blazing like most of his kind, but a slow burning anger, like a red-hot ember. Touch it and you will burn. He's become quite good at keeping a grudge. It takes a lot to come back on his good side after you've been banished to the "bad".
Family: Henry is pure Fire and proud of it. His family comes from a line of powerful fire elementals. Though he isn't quite up to standard yet, Henry is working on mastering all there is to know about his range. His parents push him to be and act the best.
History: There isn't very much exciting about Henry's life. The Nightlys are a long-standing family, rich and proud. They tend to keep to themselves, but that doesn't mean they don't help out in the community. Since he was born, Henry has had to live up to the family expectation. All the past Nightlys have trained hard and become some of the best of their kind (with the exception of the Elders, of course). They look to Henry to carry on their name.

Family: Her parents are dead. Rumor is that she killed them herself. They were scientists that experimented with fire.
History: she has lived all over the place. Never staying somewhere for more than a month. Nobody but Adena knows what she does in her travels. Her parents left behind endless books and papers about the fire element. She has studied and practiced. She is very mysterious. People say that she killed her parents by burning them alive. She is feared over a wide part of the elemental world. Even tho she isn't an elder.
Personality: she is very secluded and doesn't talk much. She has hard eyes that take in everything. She rarely smiles. Adena is Acually very nice but doesn't show it. Very mysterious and mystical.
Other: Nobody knows that Adena actually has a little sister. She is hiding her for some reason.

Family: She doesn't have any family that she remembers. Other than her grandmother and her twin brother. Her parents were killed by a train, but nobody knows that. They just dissapeared one day, leaving her mom's mom to take care of her and her brother in a small house. She also imagines things and has minor trouble seperating what's in her mind and what's real.
History: She lived with her grandmother forever, and was homeschooled. She's not very... socailable. She doesn't like too many other people
Personality: She is pretty funny, and loves being sarcastic. She doesn't like it when people show her up, but it barely ever happens. She is a minor drama queen, but mainly on anything. She's sorta straightforward about everything, and always has strong and fierce opinions. She's not really a people-person. At all. She can handle a few people, but a whole lot of people being annoying can set her off.

Appearance: Steven is thin, weighing approximately 120 pounds, and is roughly 5"10'. His skin color is white, though unknown and unseen by other people due to his apparel. He has dark brown hair. Also unknown and unseen to other people, his irises are red, rather than a normal color.
Apparel: [Inner Layer]: A white, two-buttoned, polyester, collared shirt, short-sleeved. [Outer Layer]: A black, bottom-buttoned, open-vest tuxedo with gold trimmings around the cuffs. A black long pair of pants. A black pair of shoes and dark grey socks that go underneath the pants. A pair of dark grey gloves. [Mask]: The mask is a white mask with red unfilled triangles at the top and right and left corners with a red unfilled oval drawn around the middle of the mask with a golden filled circle drawn in the center of the mask and a red filled circle within the golden one, resembling the shape of a single eye. The mask has a spiked shape toward the top and comes down into a curved point at the bottom.

History: Steven was once an Elder of the Fire Elementalists, back before the great gathering that would be known as the Masquerade Ball came to be in existence. Not much is known about his past as a great accident he was in rendered him unconscious and erasing the majority of his memory. Shortly after recovering, he vanished, leaving the Fire Elementalists without and Elder and their kingdom vaunerable. After his disappearance, Steven wandered around for countless years until he stumbled across a strange gathering of which Elementalists from all four kingdoms interacted with each other. Deciding it was best to hide himself from unwanted eyes, not knowfully, himself, who he really was, he stumbled across a strange mask when wandering in the forest that resembled that of a golden eye and, deciding that its features would prove useful for warding of unwanted attention, decided to keep it and join in, wearing a suit that he had bartered for in a market area that was located a short distance away from the great building where the gathering took place and decided to take part in the gathering to find out what, exactly, its purpose was and to try to find a way to reclaim his lost memories.
Personality: Strong (Mentally), Quiet, Calm, Loyal, Honorable, Tolerant, Patient, Distant, and Self-reliant.
Other: Steven rarely talks, but his body language can easily express what he's feeling to those who know how to read it. He is very powerful with the Element of Fire, so angering him is not the wisest thing to do, but he is very patient and has a tolerance that is uncommon among his fellow Fire Elementalists.

Family: Kai has a younger brother called Stefan who is 14 years old, he isn't an elemental and none of his family is either. He has moved out into his own apartment now and his brother and mother live together in Florida while his father died nine years ago in a motor cycle accident.
History: He grew up in Florida with his parents and younger brother and only found out about his ability when he was eleven (nine years ago) when his father died. When he received the news about his fathers accident he ran away from home and became exceedingly angry, he set books on fire in his room as his punched the shelves and almost killed himself in the fire. The house burned to the ground and ever since then he hasn't spoken a word to anyone about his abilities, the fire was blamed on some curling tongues being left on but only Kai knows the real story - he grew up with his powers being a secret, apart from only one person.
Personality: He is quite yet angry person, he loves to have fun but his fathers death and the fire always comes back to haunt him so he generally keeps himself to himself in fear that he might hurt someone with his abilities. In his younger teens he used to cause fights and burning peoples skin in a fight used to relieve the anger deep inside of him and found it the only way blow off some steam but now he see's a regular trainer who helps him deal with his anger issues and also helps him control his 'power', he's called Rixon, 35 years old and owns the local boxing club. He is the only person to know about his ability and urged Kai to attend the Elementals Masquerade.

Personality: Grella has a very fiery, personality. She is very beautiful and this often makes people do things for her. She hates this. She is a very independent person, likes to do things herself and doesn't stand to be pushed around by anybody. She is often thought of as scary, violent and mysterious. She has a sweet, kind and caring nice side, but she hardly ever shows it and it's only ever to certain people.
Family: Her parents, older brother and sister aren't elementals (mortals). She is looked at as a freak by her family; they despise each other.
History: From the moment Grella was born, she was shunned. Her family did their best to ignore her and she was forced to fend for herself. When she was younger, she had a hard time controlling her element if her emotions were strong. So there was a time when her older brother had made her mad and he ended up in flames. After that her family was afraid of her so she was constantly being yelled at or punished. When Grella was 7, she ran away from her family and hasn't seen them since. She was put in several orphanages, but she was either thrown out for burning other children or the orphanage ended up burnt. Until this masquerade, no one has seen her since she was 15 and nobody but her knows what she's been doing.

Family: Both parents are fire elementals. She is an only child.
History: Her parents are known to spoil her, so she often gets what she wants. Once she lit a girl on fire because she didnt get her way.
Other: She is able to 'leave' her human state, ans turn completely into flames. In other words, she doesn't control flames, she is flames.
Personality: She can be very cruel and mean on the outside, but that's just her outer layer. Once you get to meet her and peel back her layers, she is really kind and sweet.

Outfit: a black suit jacket and pants with a red and orange tie with little bits of gold mixed in with the other colors and it has a pattern that looks like fire.
Mask: A simply shaped black mask that has flames painted on it in a way that looks like the flames are licking the surface of the mask but not quite burning it.
Personality: Has an extremely short temper and when he is angry he usually acts on impulse and no caring what consequences his actions may bring. He can be fun, sarcastic, cocky, mischievous and very aggressive. Jase is quite daring, possibly on the verge of recklessness and takes many risks. He is protective of those he cares about and does have a caring and kind side him behind the wall that seems to be made up of craziness.
Family: his mom, dad and older brother who are all fire elementals.
History: Jase could almost never be told what to do or be even remotely contained or controlled. He was (and still is) quite the trouble maker and caused more problems than he could remember at school. Him an his family were quite well known, and feared, in his town. Him and his older brother would play tricks on the town's people and his parents couldn't care less that they did, they also found it slightly amusing.
