There's this awesome program called Paint.NET (like a more advanced version of Paint, which comes on your computer) and you can install it for free at http://www.getpaint.net/. On the right, you'll see Paint.NET v3.5.9. That's the one you want to click on. It'll let you download.
From there, it's all you. :)
