Sorry for the delay in answering, Janiene! The rest of the books are in Kindle Unlimited, which means they have to be exclusive to Amazon. BUT there's a free Kindle app which you can download to your Ipad. You can then buy the books on Amazon (but not via the app - you need to visit the Amazon website in the normal way), and they'll be sent to your Kindle app so you can read them on your Ipad. It's really simple to download and use. I use it on my iphone. Here's the link to the app: https://www.amazon.com/kindle-dbs/fd/kcp
Hope that's helpful! Thank you - so glad you enjoyed Mask of Duplicity!

Hi, Barbara!
I'm so glad you're loving the Jacobite Chronicles! Thanks for letting me know. I'm working on book six now, but as you'll appreciate, I have to do a lot of research as well as write the book! It will be out early next year, but I can't be more specific right now, as I don't know how long it will take me exactly to finish it. Hope you can be patient!

This is a hard one. I don't really have any mysteries in MY life, but having traced my family history, there are a few mysteries in there that could form the plot for more than one book. In fact the Jacobite Chronicles arose from a family mystery, in that one Gordon branch of my family appear to have emigrated to Ireland, and then later came back to Scotland, in the 1830s. My ancestors were staunch Scottish nationalists and against the union with England, so I started reading up on why they might have moved to Ireland in the first place - which led me straight to the Jacobite rebellions, and my obsession with the period. Which led to the books!

Thank you, Mrs Mascara! I'm sorry it's taken me so long to answer your question - I've neglected Goodreads terribly. Thanks for your lovely compliment - I really appreciate it!
Book Four, The Storm Breaks is out on preorder now, and releases on 6th January 2017. There will be two more books after that. I'm hoping to release Book Five in summer 2017.

Hi, Jill,
Never feel bad for asking me a question! I'm sorry it's taken me so long to answer. I've neglected Goodreads! Book Four, The Storm Breaks is out to preorder now, and will be released on 6th January 2017. I'm planning to write another two books in this series, so there will be six altogether. Thank you for reading my books! I hope you're enjoying them!

My most recently published book is number two in a series - the inspiration for the series came when I was tracing my family history and discovered my Gordon ancestors had come to Scotland from Ireland in the early 19th Century. As they were Roman Catholics and not wealthy, I wondered why they'd have gone to Ireland in the first place, and discovered that a number of rebels after the '45 did go to Ireland. That led me to research the '45, which led ultimately to the series...

I've always wanted to be a writer, so the inspiration is naturally there. I'll find that little scenes or snatches of conversation will come into my head, or even a couple of lines of a poem. If I can, I jot them down. Sometimes more will come, sometimes not. And if more comes, then the hard work starts!

I'm currently working on the next book in the Jacobite Chronicles, which should be out either late June or early July.

This may sound obvious, but you need to write. And keep writing. Poetry, a diary, short stories, a blog, whatever, but keep writing regularly. Only by actually writing will your style improve. After that, it really depends on what you want to achieve by your writing...

My readers are the best thing. It's one thing sitting in a room writing just for yourself - it's quite another when people read what you've written and love it, and give you positive feedback. That's such a wonderful feeling, and inspires me to continue writing!

If I find myself staring at a blank screen for a while, I go away and do something out in nature - go for a walk, do some gardening. Quite often while I'm in the middle of weeding or suchlike, part of a scene will come into my head. Once I've made notes of that, then the creative juices usually start flowing again.
