I usually just work on one book at a time, otherwise I worry that my main characters and "voice" will begin to overlap and take on each other's characteristics. That said, I do get ideas for other stories, and jot the themes down when that happens. Next up is the second book in my Full Disclosure series, a follow-up to The Warping...

It is quite remarkable. I want to 'one day' write my story. I had the initial idea years ago, and it has been evolving ever since, but now it's starting to take shape. I love the story you wrote, though. Was such a great read!! What comes next?
Ellis Logan That's great! I recommend just taking some time when you can to write and see where it takes you. Sounds like you are ready for that next step... Book two takes the story overseas and challenges everything Callie believes. So far the characters are surprising even me!

Ellis Logan Thanks Chris, I really appreciated your review and I am so glad you enjoyed the the read! I've always been fascinated by the powers of the mind and ancient mythologies. I wanted to write something different in this series from my usual fare, something wholly un-fae, and thought it would be fun to combine the two themes. A lot of my ideas come to me in dreams or meditations, or when I am driving. Times when my mind is wide open, receptive. After I get an idea, I note it down in a plot document, and later, when I sit to type everything just sort of pours out! The characters have a lot to say about how things develop, too 😉
