Not at this time, but I did release a short story from Eli's point of view if you're craving a (brief) return to the caves! It's in GrimDark Magazine's July 2023 issue (I think #35), and may appear elsewhere in the future.

(view spoiler)[I just finished The Luminous dead, and loved it. But one thing has bothered me and I have to ask. There is a moment in the book where Gyre had opened another channel to escape Em. Something had tried to download into her suit. What was it? Who was doing it (I assume it was Eli?)? And Why did she smash the battery? I understand and respect if you can't answer my questions, but I would appreciate some insight. :) (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[The mundane explanation is that her suit, in the absence of an active channel with Em's system, picked up another signal (like how phones will pick up unsecured wifi channels, sometimes without asking). Said signal, from another mining company, had a script that realized her suit was running nonstandard software and tried to download an update, basically. It may or may not have caused some parts of the suit to misfire.
Of course, it could also have been (at least partially) something else. A ghost of one of Em's dead cavers. Gyre's mind playing tricks on her. Etc. (hide spoiler)]

Jane from THE DEATH OF JANE LAWRENCE is probably the most similar to me, particularly in how she experiences/handles personal relationships and social situations, and how solution-focused she is. (That part of me is definitely in Gyre from THE LUMINOUS DEAD, too.)
For favorite to write, it's (unsurprisingly?) a tie between Jane and Gyre. They're both so very good at trying to take charge of a situation and making it a lot worse. Gyre's physicality in particular was a lot of fun to wrap my brain around, and her anger was as cathartic as her confusion was engaging.
