Hey Richard/Ryzsard -- I just completed and thoroughly enjoyed Breadfruit. You may know I served in Kolonia back in 2002-2004, and your book brought back all sorts of fun memories. (My time on Pohnpei was not as "noir" as your detective tale in Corolap!) Do you know if the team at Embassy Kolonia knows about your book already? I still have some contacts there. Tom Hushek

Ryszard Stone So nice to hear from you, and so glad you enjoyed it! I don't know if Embassy Kolonia knows about it - I sort of doubt it. I do recall that you were out there on a tour. I did a couple stints in Kolonia with the FSM AG's office, coming up from Kosrae when they had a staff shortage.

If you had the time to leave a review on Goodreads and/or Amazon, that would be great. Spreading the word is always appreciated...I'm a one man advertising agency.

My last remaining tie to the FSM, aside from memories, and my old boss who I hear from now and then, is that I am still a member in good standing of the bar of the Supreme Court. Just in case I ever want to practice law out there again...
