After writing two stand-alone novels, “Ticket for Terror” and “Death Raise”, I am working on the first instalment of a new series. With any luck it will hit the bookshelves early in 2015.

The original seed for my novel Death Raise was planted years ago when I placed seventh (And out of the money I may add) in a Texas Hold’em tournament in Harrah’s Atlantic City. I was on the final table of ten scoping out the competition and I began to imagine a scenario where whoever one the first hand would be granted permission to pick any player they wanted and eject them from the game. I later combined this idea with a mild hatred of Reality T.V. and turned it into a real winner take all event. The winner not only gets to choose a player to eject he now must kill them as well.
