Most people do. Well, except for the one GR reader who said "George and Mike are elitist pricks." LOL
I like them, too, and loved creating them.
As for Fold, Do Not Starch, It's written, but I'm not quite satisfied with it. Maybe, later this year?

Well, I contacted Dreamspinner and they said that they are going to publish the last Bottoms book on May 22, 2014. I am really looking forward to it.What are you working on now?
