Just picked up The Pause by the inimitable John Larkin. An important book by a brave, funny, brilliant writer - and person. If the first few pages are anything to go by, it’s typically great.

Night in Boise, Idaho. The tunnel leads to Bridges. Bridges lead to Clay…and to walking and saying the words…The words are still there.

Not rain or thunder&lightning could stop @Tropfest 2014 in the end - damn honoured to be there. Films. Stories. Sydney. Nowhere else I’d want to be.

Spring.

No complaints from the Sydney winter. Even dogs pause in the fog to watch the sun. Then home to sleep (them) and work (me).
