OK, I really love this photo! SUCH a beautiful night this evening in Dallas….thank you to all who came out to see me! And to those who drove great distances — from Austin, from Houston, from Oklahoma, from Louisiana…you blow my mind and jam-pack my heart with love.

(I found a salon here in Dallas and asked them to please make my coiffure as big as they could…I guess this is the best that can be done with my sad little duck fluff, but my heart was really in it, y'all!)

SOAT in Romania!

SOAT's arrived in Romania/Italy (we're in-between), together with the other books I've been missing . Since I couldn't gather all my pets to sit for this, I opted for my rescued ficus (dry to its roots, ready to roll into the trash, but resurrected in a moment of inspiration, and acting mighty grateful for it:) and a painting by Stefan Luchian, a Romanian painter of the XIXth century. Ready to begin!!!
