Elizabeth lives in Sydney, Australia, where much of her inspiration comes from nature, especially the ocean. Her series, for kids aged 10–14, has been well-received by readers around the world. Esme's Wish was honoured with a Purple Dragonfly award, an award which recognizes excellence in children's literature. Esme’s Gift, the sequel to Esme’s Wish, won an IPPY medal for best YA fiction, as well as a second Purple Dragonfly award. Esme’s Voice, the final book in the Esme series, is complete and soon to be published by Odyssey Books. Elizabeth is currently working on a dystopian novel for teens aged 14 and up. ...more
