Born in the Middle East and growing up in Europe, she has gotten to experience the best and worst from two very different worlds. As a child refugee who spent over two years in a tent surrounded by hissing scorpions and snakes, L.A. decided that she was going to move people by her stories. While fighting for survival in those tough years, she used a positive mindset and the dreams of a better life to fuel her. Even at an early age, she was interested in philosophical and existential questions, leading to the realization of the importance in enjoying the simplest things in life to find true happiness.
