Dance of the Deadmen

Announcing a new historical novel that I've been working on for the past decade, finally coming to fruition. Dance of the Deadmen follows the tragic story of John Hornby who along with his 19 year-old cousin Edgar and another young fellow by the name of Harold, attempted to winter over in the sub-arctic (Thelon River) but starved to death. It was 1926-27 and the men struggled months to survive expecting to live off the caribou that never came. Edgar left a diary hidden in the wood stove which was found two years after they perished. Dance of the Deadmen brings life and dialogue to the three men, closely aligning the story to Edgar's famous diary. The book is profusely illustrated. Expecting the book to be available by early summer.
