Received today my first author's copy of my sixth book, The L.M. Montgomery Reader Volume Two A Critical Heritage. Quite pleased! Wrapping up Volume Three now, due out this fall.

In anticipation of the publication of The L.M. Montgomery Reader, Volume 3: A Legacy in Review in the second half of December 2014, I will be posting an extract from a review of her books or an image from an ad—none of which has ever been seen before—every single day until I receive my first copy of the book. I'm thrilled to announce that my edition of L.M. Montgomery's rediscovered final book in the Anne of Green Gables series, The Blythes Are Quoted, first published in 2009, will be republished in October 2017 as part of Penguin Canada Modern Classics! This year marks the seventy-fifth anniversary of Montgomery's death, so republication this year of this book—apparently delivered to her publisher the very day of her death—is timely.

I'm very pleased to announce the forthcoming publication of two new books in 2022. The first is Twice upon a Time: Selected Stories, 1898–1939, the third volume in The L.M. Montgomery Library and a collection of Montgomery’s short stories that reveals how she revised her periodical fiction for her books, including Anne of Green Gables and its ever-popular sequels; it will be published by University of Toronto Press in spring 2022. The second is my first novel, In the Key of Dale, about a sixteen-year-old queer music prodigy who starts writing letters to his late father; it will be published by Arsenal Pulp Press in fall 2022.
