What Is Hate?

This particular US election season has been remarkable. It has been remarkable because it is bringing many unearthed natures of humanity up to the surface. I have been able to view and observe so much!
The whole season is almost over and as it comes to a close, I have to tell you that I actually do feel lighthearted and happy. Now, my lightheartedness may not mean anything for you or for your position in life. I am just lighthearted and happy about it, just because! Actually I am pretty lighthearted no matter what. But anyway, I feel happy just because. And I feel thankful because I have been able to observe so much about human nature. This election season has shaken the world! When you shake the wheat, the chaff surfaces; then you can separate the wheat from the chaff.
Something that is constantly brought up during this election campaign period, is the concept of "hate". Hate, hate, hate, hate, hate. Always hate. This has caused me to think about what people believe the word means. Today, hate = a word or group of words used to alienate another person. That is the most basic and cleanest definition of the word that I have been able to glean through my observations. Whenever a word or a group of words is used to alienate one person, or a group of persons, from another; that is referred to as hate. I find this to be very interesting.
I believe that hate is a universal concept that has been trivialised this election season. It's much bigger than what it has been made out to be. I do not think that we should judge the existence or nonexistence of hate based upon whether or not a person feels like they are being hated. That is too flimsy of a weighing scale to use as a measure of judgment. Anyone can feel hated for any reason. It is not a universal application of the universal concept called hate. I think that the universal concept of hate should be weighed by the outcome of actions. It's too big a word and a concept to just throw to subjectiveness.
When I was a little girl, my Aunt called me "Chink". She loved to call me chink, because she thought it was cute. She honestly had no idea that it was a racial slur. When she found out 27 years later, she was so sorry about calling me that as a child, that she cried and apologised repeatedly. Does that mean that she hated me? What about when people know what the word means and call people by what it means, intentionally, does that mean that they are hateful people? They might be bullies, you know, but really, hate is like when someone cuts your head of. Seriously, that is hate.
I think that by trivialising hate and translating it into so many different words and so many different actions, we diminish from the terror of the actual meaning of the word, we draw our attention away from the gruesome nature of it. Thus, we effectively de-weaponise ourselves from the real terrors that this world harbours. Don't tell me that you are not aware of the real terrors of our day and age. Or are you just too afraid to look at them because those monsters are just too ugly? Not looking at them won't make them go away. Pretending that they are actually much less harmful things, will not make them go away.
So, what is hate? I think that hate is defined by the outcomes of a cumulative process, a process that escalates, gains hold, and then launches. Imagine that. That's what hate is. First it is anger, then it festers; it is unforgiveness, then that festers; then there is a plot and the plot thickens, it gains foothold, it gains power; then it implements itself and the result is the loss of life, damage to personal belongings, properties, character assassination, so on and so forth. Hate is a lot worse and a lot smarter than what we are giving it credit for, today. So, by trivialising an evil energy, are we blinding ourselves to reality in the process? I think that many people are just plain rude. Their parents did not bring them up in the right way, they are not of a genteel nature. But hate is something else.
My end thought on this particular matter is a very simple one: let us stop trivialising the real threats in this world, by assigning the word "hate" to everything that makes us feel uncomfortable. There is plenty of real hate in the world, let's call it what it is and stop trying to hide the real monsters. Unlike what our parents told us when we were kids, closing our eyes won't make the monster under the bed go away.

My Very Important Message For You

Politics is so much like religion, really. You call yourself by the title of a political party and you self-identify with it. The ideologies of the party become yours, you place yourself into the same cage that those of your same titling have placed themselves into, then you shut the cage door. Nothing on the outside can be true. Everything on the outside must be false. Even when you see a glimpse of truth "out there" on the outside of your cage, you turn your face away in order not to look at it too long. Because the truth that you must protect is the truth belonging to your cage, a collective truth shared by those who share your cage with you. That's politics. I have been observing and this is what I see.
People ask me what my religion is, but I don't really belong to a religion in the traditional sense of the word. I am both a seeker and a keeper of truth. I have learned that there is truth to be had almost everywhere and that you can put the pieces together. Everybody got a piece of the truth but nobody has the whole truth, because, they all insist that the piece they are holding is the only piece that exists! I am not saying that everyone is living in truth; rather, I am saying that there are pieces of truth in many places. And so, I like to see all of the pieces for what they are, then put them together. Which religion does that? Because that is my religion.
Today, I have noticed that the same can be said about my political preferences. I do not want to cage my mind and see only pieces. I want to allow my mind to see all of the pieces and put together the whole picture. I am glad to be able to say this about myself, today, because that would mean that I am free in my freedom of the spirit and in my freedom in worldly affairs, as well.
There are many people who cage their minds and their spirits to "stick to one" political party, one God, one religion... and yet they cannot be faithful to a spouse, to a significant other. They believe they must not or cannot commit to one other person. Do you know why it is like that? I will tell you why it is like that. It is because the spirit and mind are not meant to be caged, and when you do so, you will end up seeking "freedom" in other ways, in the wrong ways, in the ways where that word is not applicable in the sense that you think it is. To be committed to one Love is to be Free. Because Love frees the soul, the mind, the spirit. The freedom to give and to receive; the freedom to fear and to be brave; the freedom to be vulnerable, broken, strong and courageous— these are all found in Love! It is the most beautiful kind of Freedom! And yet, people throw it away because they feel so much in bondage by the cages they place themselves into and it is an absolute tragedy, because in doing so, they have thrown away the freedom which they actually have a chance of knowing! Love frees us, gives us wings and eyes. And people throw that away because they feel so stifled. What is stifling you? It is not Love that stifles you. It is politics, it is religion, it is fear of failure, fear of being wrong!
Our religions are not us. Our politics are not us. Stop putting who you are onto the outside of you, stop turning who you are into something that you use to cage yourself into! I believe that God can be found in everything, and yet, I also believe that having an atheist president would be the right thing for the nation. Why in the world do I think that? I think this, because I do not need to see myself in my president, because he is not me, his policies do not define me. Because I believe that a president must be a president to everyone of all religions and when a president has a religion, that is going to definitely persuade who he/she self-identifies with. I do not look for the qualities I want in myself or in a partner in life, in my presidential candidate. Why not? Because it is not someone I am going to marry! It is not who looks back at me in the mirror. It is simply someone who must sail the ship that I happen to be riding on.
You have spread your souls out so thin, all over the place, to the point that you cannot see the outlines of your souls, anymore. My message to you, is, please know yourself! Know yourself. Pull the molecules of your souls together, back inside of your bones and your skin. Be whole within. The wholeness of your soul will free you.

The Conversation of Dragons: A Review by Nicolae Tanase

Hey Everybody, meet Nicolae Tanase, the founder and curator of the world's largest Meaning of Life online magazine. Come and listen to what he has to say about his experience reading my book, The Conversation of Dragons.
"As Pogo put it: 'We have identified the enemy. He is us.' You, the reader, have identified the right book. There are no enemies out there, don’t point your finger to anyone, but look within! You will understand.
This book is about you: about your flaws and your beauties. Learn from both of them! But, beauty prevails. Look within, read the book, it is a guide. It opens the doors. It shows you how to see the moon in the darkness.
Your flaws will dissolve and water will miraculously begin to flow. When the conditions are favorable the flower opens up. You will feel that fragrance you’ve always searched for. You will find yourself. Read the book and ask yourself…
It is a mature book that guides you toward maturity. The choice is yours. But it is written in such a simple way that you’ll choose to become better, because it is better to become better. The road is not easy but it’s worth it. It is all that simple, after all!
There are many thorns along the way but they are necessary in order to arrive at the rose. Why so? I don’t know. Focus within and climb the thorns, there is incredible beauty up there in the rose blossom.
Choose the right and ignore the wrong. What is real and what is just a perception? Read the book and you will understand. It’s late, it’s very timely.
Listen…"
Get to know Nicolae better:
Nicolae says that he is “just a human being, a nomad, born in Moldova, currently located in France”. And that is all he wishes to say about himself! Nicolae is the Founder of the largest "Meaning of Life" e-publication — Excellence Reporter, a database to search within many of the world’s greatest minds, where they have given the answer to the same, single question: “What is the meaning of life?”
Nicolae is a gentle-hearted truth seeker. Be a gentle-hearted truth seeker like Nic. :)
The Conversation of Dragons is still in manuscript form with my beta reader team and will be coming soon, early next year. Look for it, find it!

Before You Vote, Read This
This US election season is something I have been observing since it began. I have been observing the conversations that happen between people. Thanks to social media, this is an easy thing to do. Election day is nearing and as the season nearly comes to a close, I can draw a conclusion to all of my observations.
I have not once seen an individual say: "This is the presidential candidate whom I support, because I believe that he can do this and that for the nation"; "This is the presidential candidate whom I support, because I believe that this certain so and so agenda is beneficial for us as a people." Nope. Not even once. The only thing that I have seen and heard are along the lines of this: "This is my candidate because anyone who votes for the other one is a low scum of a human being"; "This is the presidential candidate whom I have chosen, because that other one said something really mean"; "This is my future president because I wouldn't be a good person if I liked the other one"; "This is my future candidate because I hate that other one."
We are always quick to blame "systems" and "status quos" and "companies" and "bureaucracies" for everything that is wrong with us. But I have concluded that sometimes, what is wrong with us, is ourselves! What's wrong with you is that you are selfish, short sighted and self absorbed. Unable to see past your own outstretched arm, you only see what exists in between the space from your shoulder to the tip of your fingers. Nothing more!
Maybe America will never be a great nation again, because, her people do not know how to think for the benefit of everyone as a whole. Her people are divided to an extreme level, her own people are the ones cutting the nation into slices, like a cake or a pie! Her people are preoccupied with outward appearances and popular opinions. Not concerned with the inner existence of evil; rather, immensely preoccupied with the appearance of evil on the outside. What would they think if I chose that candidate? What would they think if I didn't choose this one? What would the world say? What would my friends say?
Why are you voting for a president? Is it because the person is someone you like? You like how they talk or you like how they walk or you like how they laugh? Is it because everyone else is doing it, too? Or is it because you believe that the nation will progress as one people under that person?
Because at the end of the day, there are no sides! There are no sides! You are all in the same boat, together! You'll always be in the same boat together, for as long as you share a nation! It's not about you. It's about you and every single other citizen, too. What is better for your own people, as a nation, regardless of your own personal feelings?
When we talk about love for one's partner, we know this involves sacrifice, tenacity, steadfastness. But do you realise what the love for your own nation means? Because this involves the same principles: sacrifice, steadfastness, tenacity... on behalf of the nation. Not just you. You cannot say you love your nation if you only think of yourself, your own personal persuasions and what you think is mean or not mean. Do you even love your nation at all? Because if not, this means that you do not love the ground that you are going to be buried in, the ground that people whom you have loved and have known are buried in. Think about that. Do you know what it means to love your nation?
Much has been said about globalisation. But do not bring to me a person who says that she loves the world, when she does not even understand what it means to love her own country. Do not bring me a man who says he loves everyone in the world, when he does not know how to love his own neighbor. Enough of the lies, enough of the nonsense. Love your family, then your neighborhood, then your city, then your nation. After that, love the world. Because only then would you know what love means.
I suppose this election is actually about choosing the sins we believe to be lesser sins. Each party thinks that the other party spreads lies, each party believes the best about their own and the worst about the other. But what if all the sins were true, and everyone on every side were simply telling it like it is? You don't have many choices, do you? You can either believe that all are telling lies, or that all are telling the truth. But do not say that the other is telling a lie and you are not. Because the other also thinks the same about you! And so, you are both the same! Rather, let's say all the sins about each party are in fact accurate. Now, choose which sins are lesser sins in your eyes, because in doing this, you will be choosing what you believe to be the lesser evil, not based upon the notion that everybody else is wrong and you are right; rather, based upon the conclusion that you will make the best decision with the information that is laid on the table for you. I suppose this year we choose our demon. May it be the demon with lesser sins, but more importantly, may it be the demon that is able to lift up the nation, for the betterment of our brothers, our sisters, our fellow Americans.
I have not once seen an individual say: "This is the presidential candidate whom I support, because I believe that he can do this and that for the nation"; "This is the presidential candidate whom I support, because I believe that this certain so and so agenda is beneficial for us as a people." The Conversation of Dragons: A Review by Amy Singh

The Conversation of Dragons has turned out to be more than just a book for me. I discovered, it was a conversation, an exchange of words I have always longed to have. I have desired for it to happen, sometimes, with another person and other times with my inner self, wiser self, my innocent self… but in vain. Now that it has happened, allow me to tell you that this book is sheer magic. This book is a catalyst to your impending transformation. This book is going to be nothing for some people and everything for others. Simply because it is indeed for the Strong, it is for the Learned, it is for the Magnanimous, the Innocent, the Burned as truly described by C Joybell C in the very beginning. However, you will truly understand it only by reaching the end of the book with the conversation still continuing in your heart, hours later. This book is a homecoming after years of wandering astray.
Did you ever ponder that we are born into this world without any understanding of religion, creed, race, orientations and preferences of any kind? As we grow, we adapt and start to practice a certain belief system, lifestyle basis on our family's traditions, popular mind-sets and society's expectations of us. But what if none of it; your family, the society and the trends could influence your becoming. Who would you be? What would you believe in? How would you live then? This book will reveal you to yourself. It will shake you up, it will move you to peel off the layers you have accumulated on your true element, over the years. Something like that is usually painful, but here you will be at peace. With every layer gone, you will see your-self clearly and that is a stage people become pilgrims for, live in exiles for, spend lifetimes wandering for. And that stage is yours if you are of fire. Be reminded that it is not an easy read. It won't go easy on you. This is not just a book, like I said. This could be your liberation.
Besides revelations of your true self this book also gives you very fair and logical discernment of our world as we know it. If you have ever struggled to understand good or bad. If you can't seem to tell right from wrong, then this book is for you. It talks about the basics of human nature, the sting of guilt and call of regret. The hope of peace and the joy of love. It talks about the hypocrisy of widespread teachings of gender equality, peace, one-ness etc (which end up dividing more than, uniting us). Of misplaced sense of self-righteousness in the world. It talks about the variety of diversions and possibility of inclusion. The narrative is spearhead and straight forward. There is no sugar coating, the words are said as they are. It is told like TRUTH is told. Furthermore, it doesn't only talk about the damage but also about healing what is broken, guarding what is precious and realising your true self. You are going to learn that you have misunderstood darkness and light your whole life, perhaps.
Personally, I am not who I was when I begin reading the book. This is not a book you read one time. It is like a grimoire you open over and over for references and revelations because it will speak to you every time in a new way. But in the first read itself, it has cracked me open, and I feel the light is pouring in or brimming out… doesn't matter when you are one with fire. I struggled most of my life, thinking that I was water. When in truth I was fire. Now, I know the truth and it has set me free. I would not try to define how this will personally affect you because I would want you to pick it up and begin ‘your’ journey yourself. But I will only advocate this much: you deserve this! This clarity, this magic, this gift.
The Conversation of Dragons is not preachy at all, but it calls for sure. Now if you hear the calling, your world will never be the same again. You will never be the same again, You will be one with the fire and one with the dragons. That is not something you see happening every day!

Dear You (a holiday reminder)
Dear women everywhere,
The holidays are fast approaching and I thought I'd just remind all of the women in the world to be sure not to forget to gift yourselves with something really special!
I have made it a habit to gift myself every holiday season, with items that: 1. I really want but don't really need, and 2. Are things that I would otherwise not buy for just any other time of the year.
I think that we put other people first all the time (our kids, our parents, so on and so forth) and I have discovered that reserving the pleasure to gift yourself for the holidays is one of the most profound actions you can take for your own well being. Have the item/s wrapped and write a gift note to yourself! You can wait for Christmas, or, you can open it right away! It's up to you!
Remember that within you, there is an infant, a child. You must nourish and care for that infant, you must act out of love for her. Don't forget this principle of mine, this holiday season! And maybe you would like to adapt my tradition as your own, too (that would be okay).
Let me be the first to greet you a very joyous holiday season and a Merry Christmas in advance! Don't forget to honour the innocence within! xx

In A World Where Dolphins Are Persons And Human Babies Are Not
A woman's body is her own body— yes. That is why there is such a thing as reliable birth control methods. Injections, pills, patches, invasive procedures such as operations, so on and so forth. It's not okay for people to tell you that you need to get pregnant or that you need to not get pregnant. That is all up to you. That's your body. HOWEVER. Once you are with child, that is not all about your body anymore! That is about your body+ your sexual partner's body+ the developing body in the womb. This is SCIENCE. This is DNA and ANATOMY. And you just can't argue with science. Look at the DNA, RNA of the human being. It is a half of its father and a half of its mother, whilst maintaining its own evolved character traits as a result.
There are many circumstances under which an abortion of a baby is needed. But to say that any woman should be able to walk into a clinic and ask for an abortion, even regardless if it is her actual due date to deliver the baby, even regardless if she wants the baby partially born and then its actual brains to be suctioned out of a crack in its skull while its head is still inside of her and the rest of the body already outside of her having been born— this is stupidity plain and simple!
For the life of me, I cannot imagine why this procedure called "partial birth abortion" is done, at all! If you want to have a partial birth abortion, why not just apply a lethal injection? Why the most heinous form of procedure imaginable? Why! Murderers and rapists deserve a lethal injection because we all need to respect their useless lives, meanwhile, unborn babies deserve to have their brains suctioned out of their cracked skulls? For godsake, you are all pawns of Satan. If there is a Satan that exists, he lives inside of you! People care about being vegan, about not eating animals because they have feelings and they call other people murderers for eating animals, then those same people turn around and rally for partial birth abortion. Absolute useless brains inside of people's heads. Now I know who's brains ought to be suctioned out of their cracked skulls!
We are now saying that animals are non-human persons. Dolphins are non-human persons, orangutans are non-human persons, so on and so forth. If animals are non-human persons, what is a human baby inside of the mother's womb? Why is it not a person? Is it a non-human animal?
This world is riddled with stupidity and the absolute lack of common sense, partnered with immediate emotional reactions that are always selfish and one-sided. People have brains but lack the ability to apply common sense. I guess common sense and understanding do not necessarily accompany brain matter.
There are circumstances under which abortions are needed. But under all circumstances, there should be an all-questions-asked policy. The child is not a third limb of your body, an extra finger or an extra toe. You don't just get to walk into a clinic and say that since you have an extra toe that is growing out of nowhere, you want to have it removed because it is your body.

The Conversation of Dragons: A Review by Priyanka Dass

Everyone, meet Priyanka Dass. Pri is a biotechnologist from India. Here is what she has to say after reading my latest book, The Conversation of Dragons:
If you are reading “The Conversation of Dragons” now, let me begin by saying this: that you will come out stronger after you put this book down. To me, this book is unlike the previous two books, even though it drew something from all of them, it is not all silk, all gentle and as its name implies, it is fierce in itself.
You will agree with me that it seems like you are reading an ancient mythical book because it is deep, meaningful, and enlightening in ways that make it seem otherworldly. It made me question myself, ‘What am I made of?’, ’What is the potential that I carry?’, ‘How am I significant?’ The answers to all my questions were in front of my eyes as I kept reading. Questions that I thought make no sense, questions that I thought have no answers and yet I was blown away page by page as if it was a letter that was written to me!
Once I finished reading it, I understood the fire that is within me, what it means and what it is like to be the bearer of this fire in a world like this.
One thing that I am sure of, is that either this book is for you, or it’s not, there is no in between. And if this is for you, you will forever be thankful for all the ways it will rebuild and establish you, just like it did for me.

The US Presidential Race: Hegemonic Warfare

If the goal was to divide America, well, the goal has been reached. This world's society is constantly in a state of hegemonic warfare. This is just a fact. Unbeknownst to everyday citizens, hegemonic warfare never gets a day off. Even when the world is not in a state of pronounced warfare, the tactics and the analysis and the intelligence that is poured into the practice of removing hegemony from one nation and relocating it to another nation, is constantly at play behind-the-scenes. It is my hypothesis that this division of the people of the United States of America, driven home so deeply due to this year's election, is really the deepest blow that hegemonic warfare has taken against the USA. This is the blow that takes it "home". This is what will be the crumbling of a hegemony and the beginning of the reinstatement (or just relocation) of hegemonic powers to another nation. The question is: which nation? Which nation is the next hegemonic power?
I am convinced that the everyday average citizen of the United States of America, is not interested in actually creating a solution, finding a solution, or hearing information in order to lead to a solution. The elections have become so personal, that any one person is going to defend their own personal stance, unto the end, regardless of what information they are able to encounter. It is no longer about who is the best president. It is now about holding onto one's guns, one's pride, and being able to beat the other person at a comment thread on Facebook. That's what everything has boiled down to. "This is my stance and this is how I feel and I will not change my stance over my dead body!" That's what it has all boiled down to. A personal thing. A person enmity between friends, family members, neighbors. Unfortunately, this will not go away when the election is over. The half of the nation will always continue to blame and to hate the other half of the nation and herein lies the biggest tragedy (or the biggest triumph, depending on whose side you are on; the side of the USA remaining in power or the side of a new hegemonic power emerging).
I am always open to change my mind. If I am wrong, please show me that I am wrong and if I am able to see that I am wrong, I will change.
When the candidates were first announced, I supported Hillary Clinton. But then I saw things about her agenda, so I changed my mind. I discovered the importance of third party candidates in the role that they play at one day overturning the current status quo, the monopoly by the 2-party system the United States currently is controlled by. At the same time, I realise that a third party candidate is not going to become president of the USA any time soon, because the people are not equipped to overthrow the current status quo. In this light, in the light of these two candidates now left standing, I can see that the better candidate is Donald Trump. And I say this not because I like Trump, not because I think he is a good person, not because I think he is a good role model; rather, I say this because I believe that his agenda is the agenda needed to prevent a Third World War.
I do not need to "like" a person, as a person, in order for that individual to be able to sail the ship that I am on. I only need to know that the person sailing the ship can in fact divert the vessel from the course of the icebergs, or from the course of a hurricane. It does not matter if that person is someone I like or not. I don't need a personal relationship with him or her. I just need to see that he or she can man the ship away from the iceberg.
I can see that the Clinton agenda is a passive-aggressive one. It forces the hands of other nations to take unpopular actions in the absence of its own will, placing such nations in an unpopular light, causing unpopular opinion. In other words, I think that a Clinton regime would act passive-aggressively to cause massive warfare in the world, only to come around in the end to pretend to be the heros who want to end the warfare that it in fact created.
On the contrary, I think that a Trump regime would take unpopular actions, itself, instead of shifting those actions onto the hands of other nations. Unpopular actions must be taken in difficult times and I think that Donald Trump would do exactly that, instead of playing the hero who is in fact the menace behind-the-scenes.
The United States of America thrives on the worldwide scene, upon the basis that she is a hero of the free world. And the way that she continues to thrive throughout the ages, is by reviving and reiterating that position in the world, even when that image has to be manufactured. And when I say "manufactured" I do not mean manufactured without massive casualties, so on and so forth. The hero on the outside, the menace on the inside. In the context of the global political scene, always doing the popular thing that sounds like the good thing to do, leads to worse things in the future. Because somebody has to do the unpopular things, but when you refuse to do it, yourself, you force the hands of others to do it for you. Then you label them as the problem. And that is how you start WWIII.
I am saddened by the fact that, no matter what, America is now divided like never before. In this fact alone, hegemonic warfare has already taken down the nation of my birth. Friendships are not the same, relationships are not the same, but the worst part is that the blame game is going to get worse after the elections, regardless of who becomes president. If only people could see further, could see the fruit of the tree before it has bore fruit— the future would be different. But, alas, perhaps it can still change. How? Remember that you are you. And your friends are your friends. And you are being controlled in your emotions through the politics that is fed to you. It is so easy to control people through visuals, through triggering emotions. If only all could see the deeper intentions.
When I login to Facebook or LinkedIn these days, I feel tense. I feel tense because I see people who have always been so mild and so gentle, becoming aggravated over the upcoming elections. The animosity is palpable and it saddens me. What has become of you, the people?
