Pagan Writers Press Anniversary Party with Giveaways

This week is a big landmark for my publisher, Pagan Writers Press. They are celebrating their first anniversary! Around this time last year, I was anxiously awaiting news from them about Phantom, which actually turned out to be the very first fiction novel they accepted! I also have Morrigan coming out with them on Halloween and Demon which is set to release sometime in the spring.

To celebrate this landmark occasion, Pagan Writers Press has launched a virtual birthday party, but the publisher, authors, and editors are the ones giving out the presents! We will be celebrating with excerpts, character interviews, author/editor interviews, and giveaways!! Here are just two of the prize packs that will be up for grabs.

To join in the fun, just click on this link and hit the "join" button in the right hand corner. The actual party will begin on October 22nd and run through October 26th, but join in now to make sure you don't miss a single second of the celebration.

Phantom Giveaway at Gerber Babies

Julie
from the Gerber Babies blog was nice enough to review Phantom a few
weeks ago. I'm so behind on everything, I didn't get around to sharing
it until now, but she definitely made me giggle when she said,

"I'm in my late thirties and I am daydreaming about a high school boy. If
you've read "Phantom", you won't find that odd. If you haven't, you
should read it before you label me as anything other than normal."

You can read her full review here. If you want to meet Lord Justyn, the guy she 's been dreaming about, you can pick up your copy of Phantom on Amazon for only $3.99 for the e-book or $12.95 for print copies.

In
addition to reviewing the book, Julie is also hosting a giveaway for a
Phantom prize pack that includes a signed copy of the book, incense, and
a geode.  You can enter to win by commenting on Julie's blog post here.  Good luck to everyone who enters!

YA Novel Readers Book Tour & Giveaway

As part of the Young Adult Novel Readers Tour, I am giving away a signed
copy of Phantom along with a  porcelain mask figurine,  a geode, two
crystal points, a sterling silver pentacle charm, two boxes of incense,
and an incense holder.  Below is a picture of what you can win.

You can enter to win the giveaway at any of the stops on the tour, including one of my favorite new blogs, Aobibliosphere. Ao will be posting his review on 10/8, and I excited to hear a male perspective, since most of my readers seems to be women.

where to purchase the book:

Amazon (paperback, Kindle)
Barnes and Noble (paperback, NOOK book)
Smashwords

Synopsis:

The “Phantom” was a musical phenomenon that Rebecca had always found
enchanting. She had no idea that her life was about to mirror the play
that was her obsession. When her high school drama club chooses
“Phantom” as their annual production, Rebecca finds herself in the
middle of an unlikely love triangle and the target of a sadistic stalker
who uses the lines from the play as their calling card.

Rebecca lands the lead role of Christine, the opera diva, and like
her character, she is torn between her two co-stars—Tom the surfer and
basketball star who plays the lovable hero, and Justyn, the strangely
appealing Goth who is more than realistic in the role of the tortured
artist.

Almost immediately after casting, strange things start to happen both
on and off the stage. Curtains fall. Mirrors are shattered. People are
hurt in true phantom style. They all seem like accidents until Rebecca
receives notes and phone calls that hint at something more sinister. Is
Justyn bringing to life the twisted character of the phantom? Or in real
life are the roles of the hero and the villain reversed? Rebecca
doesn’t know who to trust, but she knows she’s running out of time as
she gets closer and closer to opening night. Only when the mask is
stripped away, will the twenty first century phantom finally be
revealed.

Things That Go Bump In the Night Giveaway

Its almost Halloween and Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer is celebrating all month long with her "Things That Go Bump on the Night" giveaways. Today Phantom is part of the party. While technically, it isn't a Halloween story, one of the pivotal scenes in the book does take place at the Halloween dance which I did as  spin off the masquerade ball in the original Phantom of the Opera. You'll have to read the book to find out more, but in the meantime, be sure to head over to Kimba's blog and enter the giveaway to win a Phantom Prize pack! It includes a signed print copy of Phantom, crystal pendant, rough crystal point, geode, two boxes of incense, and incense holder.

You can order Phantom for $3.99 for the e-book or the print version for $12.02 on Amazon
