Real Love…
I know, you haven’t heard from me in a while. All I can say is WORK. It’s crazy right now. Someday I’ll sell a million books and be able to ‘retire’ and just write. However, that day doesn’t seem to be coming anytime soon, so I must continue at the heinous day job like everyone else.
But I’ve been writing.. and thinking. And as I was writing, I was wondering why it is that so many people have such a hard time handling real love. These people tend to fill my books as characters. (Yes, I’ve not...

Season Two – The Love of Wicked Men
Sid Rivers has reached the end of his rope. He’s waited sixteen long months for Jack to return, but he hasn’t heard a peep from the man. Not one. During that time, he’s reorganized the firm he took from his father and started looking for a way to make his name. But one morning the private line in his office rings and everything changes. He has a new case, new clients and a means to make himself utterly unforgettable in the legal world.
Jack Brandt spots a man tail...

Where are you, Brandon?
Let’s just say that I’ve received more than a few emails asking me this question. Thanks for caring. I’m here. Stupid busy, but here.
I’m still working on Season Two of Wicked Men, but to be honest, not much has been accomplished in the last two months. Life and work have been dragging me away from home and writing.
I expected this to happen, and for it to continue. It’s just that time of year and that point in life. A work/home balance will come soon (I hope) and I’ll be able to get back to...

For myself, 2015 has been a year of creative fun and literary exploration. It has also been a time of tumultuous change in my personal life, which has pulled me away from my normal level of online activity.
Despite that, the rewards have been great (even with the heinous day job taking up so much of my time). You, my readers, have made my efforts worthwhile and gi...

He tastes like Sin
The tone of Rogue, by Allen Renfro, is set from the very first line. This isn’t some slap-happy romance full of feels and nauseating good guys the hardline romance readersswoon over. In fact, it’s not a romance novel at all.
This book is about men who act like…wait for it… Men. They are horny and hot and arrogant. They fuck, they suck, and they don’t give a damn about anyone but themselves.
Rogueresonated with me because Renfro’s portrayal of gay men below the Mason-Dixon line is spot on. I k...

Gay Film – #Credence – A Must See
There are some movieswhose mereconception capture an audience and hold them until the film is brought to fruition. From the onset of the Indiegogo campaign that brought Credence to life, this film has done that.
The men and womeninvolved had high hopes. The wanted to redefine the portrayal of LGBT people in film. In that, this piece of cinematic art is a smashing success.
I sat down last night with some popcorn and a great amount of anticipation. By the teary end of this movie all I could utt...
