Celia Watson Seupel received her MFA in Poetry and her MS in Journalism from Columbia University, where she also received a Horgan science writing prize. Her work has appeared in The New York Times, CNBC online, Yahoo News, Hudson Valley Magazine, and other publications. After freelancing as a medical writer and writing K-12 educational materials, she served as an Editorial Director for Scholastic and taught writing at NYU. She also worked as a journalist at The Daily Freeman. Celia is author of six books. Her latest is THE GIRL WITH THE SILVER HAIR, a YA dystopian thriller, pub. date June 28, 2025.
