Book Signing 14th December
Well - this was a washout... literally. Rain, rain, rain and - guess what - more rain. But on the bright side I did manage to sell two more copies of "A Rising Darkness" and there was a lot of general interest in the book.
Got two excellent reviews from BlueInk and Clarion ForeWord - not so pleased with the Kirkus Review because, well, it wasn't so much a review as a synopsis of the foundation chapters by someone who clearly could not separate personal prejudice from objective comment. The Reviewer obviously hated the subject matter - but hey - get over it.
Glad the people who really count are enjoying the tale - and that's you - the readers.
Have finished the series now and am waiting to release Book 3 - N'Mesne - The Avenger and the final part "Call Down the Thunder".
I am currently working on another story still with Aid'n & Bryndw in the saddle called "The Dark Gate" (Chronicles of Sabek Noor).
