Beth Johnson is a native Texan and graduate of the University of Houston. She has practiced meditation since 1980 and began teaching her own technique called Inner Vision Meditation in 1994. She is the author of two other books on meditation. First You Sigh tells how Beth came to meditation as a way of life, and presents an easy to follow guide for the beginner; Thoughts From the Inside is a selection of poignant thoughts influenced by years of mediation practice. In her new book, Coming to Your Senses, she shares the awe-inspiring gifts of Inner Vision Meditation.
