Juggling a ton of things today. From getting the finishing touches complete on my first print book, The Maiden Of Monaco, to scheduling radio/podcast interviews, things have been pretty crazy. But the only stressful happening is dealing with the incompetent immigration over here. Since I'm a foreigner in these parts I have to report every year and such, but they always send us on wild goose chases instead of giving us complete and concise info up front. ("Go get this form signed by an official". Next day I go back... "Now go get it notarized by an attorney". Next day I go back... "Now go get a folder for all your paperwork. We don't sell folders here." Next day... "Redo this form. It should be addressed like this". Which entails having to start the process all over again!) These imbeciles create such stress just because they can't do their jobs properly and tell you everything you need to know up front! So yeah, I'm stressin'! The only good thing is that I had a book with me when waiting to hear their bullshit!

Finally found a copy of The Giver, and lovin' it so far! Heard they'll be making it a film starring Meryl Streep and Jeff Bridges. Sure hope Hollywood doesn't screw it up! Ok, enough bitchin' for today-LOL!

Well, I'm nearing the end of The Giver, and will probably have my review up tmrw. Went to the bookstore today, since I just learned that there are three other books in the 'quartet', but unfortunately they just had the third in the series, with a waiting period of three weeks for book two, and no way to order book four, Son. (limitations in this foreign country).

Anyone know where I could find them in ebook or audiobook files, online?
