Deborah, Sorry I am just getting back to you. I spent the last week, having the email you sent to blocked. I spent a couple days trying to get it back and receiving no support from hot mail and not being able to find any answers I spent a couple days setting up a new mail account and switching all my addresses on all my sites and resubscribing so I never saw the email.
