This is my first blog post ever! I guess it's about time I joined the 21st century and get as much exposure through social media as I can.

I took about 4 months off from writing but didn't really intend to. I spent so much time editing and rereading my manuscript that when I finally turned it over to Outskirts Press for publishing - I was completely exhausted.

From my limited exposure to reviewing my own work, I now see why being an editor is a full-time job.

As for the sequel it's coming along slowly. I had more time to write the first one since I was unemployed for most of 2009. Now that I've had the new job, I don't have as much time to write but I'm doing what I can to make time.
