Third Bootcamp Tuesday: It's About Feeling Good

So it's the third week of bootcamp. What I have learned?
When I work out I make better choices when it comes to food.Just moving is better than not at all.However for progress to be made you need to have a rigorous one hour workout at least 5 days a week.If I don't do it first thing in the morning I won't do it at all.Only weigh yourself once a week. If you look at the your body and can tell a difference that's what matters. Not what the scale says. It's about feeling good.
