I was so honored to be one of the judges for this year’s DC Embassy Chef Challenge 2016. The superb chef from Barbados won our heart and our votes. It was a dual honor to be the only home chef on the judging panel. The judges included DC greats like Chef Ris Lacoste and Chef Cathal Armstrong.
