Like Pancit Canton that doesnt exist in Canton, Chorizo de Bilbao cannot be found in Bilbao. When I saw this chorizo in Madrid I knew I just had to buy them for pasalubong just as I did French cigarettes called "Bastos" for friends and enemies in Manila.
