Unfortunately Amazon’s terms of business mean that a review only counts in their ratings if you’ve purchased the book from them, so if you want to help my sales you’d still have to pony up for a published copy when it comes out in May, but if you enjoy the book maybe you’d do it anyway and give a copy to a friend.
