lolcatz and I got back to the land of our birth on Wednesday evening after almost 12 hours of flight time. It actually went fast for me because I slept for about 5 hours of the 8 hour Dublin to Chicago leg, which was pretty handy for kicking me back to Pacific time. Getting through customs and whatnot was pretty snappy. They had special lines for U.S. residents that went quickly, though the agent there was not nearly as friendly as the Irish one. There were no female driver jokes, alas.
