Nice of you to share your story. I had my own issues in childhood as well, and I don't think about it as much anymore, but it is still painful. The only good thing that came out of it is that I am better equipped to raise a wonderful, respectful son. I know he will never be a bully and no child will go home crying because my son did something hurtful to them.
Very thought-provoking. In all honesty, I was picked on a bit in school myself. It didn't turn out as well as it could have for some of my tormentors though - I got in a row with one and he gave up, then I was caught fighting with other one, and luckily, since I'd complained about him several times before, the principal let me off pretty lightly - whereas he got detention for three weeks!! W.O.O.T!
