If ever proof were needed of the extraordinary bias of the BBC, this is it. Labour had their best council election results for 47 years, whereas the Tories had their worst. The BBC called this neck and neck, and implied it was a hugely disappointing performance by Labour, repeatedly asking whether the party leader should resign. The BBC is tax payer funded and therefore has an obligation to remain completely impartial, however, what we are receiving is state-sponsored propaganda. This has been demonstrated by numerous academic studies, but it does not take a genius to figure it out.
