Almost Slipped

It almost slipped me by, getting this blog out this week. Yesterday, I told myself I'd get it done, but here we are on a Sunday night and I'm racing to get this up.

Could I have put it off? Sure. But I don't want to. Much as I've complained about blogging over the years, I still envy and respect authors who get regular thoughts up on their pages. I want to be cool like them.

But so here we are. Short and sweet, right? Right.

It's the beginning of the Autumn season. I am ready. Candles lit at night. Blankets ready for snuggles and naps. This is my favorite time of year. Hot weather is ending. Nights are chilly. The rush and stress of the holidays is still in the distance. I don't have to bundle up to my nose to go outside. (Chicago native, here.)

What about you? Does this season fill you with pumpkin spice and everything nice? Confession: I don't actually like pumpkin spiced things. Lol!

Anyway, I'm writing my little fingers away to get book two of The Paragon Trilogy up and ready to go.

Until next week, friends!
