And now, we jump back into It's Just Us Here, the romantic self-portrait between an asexual man, Chris, and the vain male model (ish) Mark. This installment recounts the beginning of their physical relationship. If you want to skip the slow slow slow burn of the first three books that got them to this momentous occasion, you can start at Book Four: The Lover and get a pretty good story! This is like the start of Season Two of a television series.

I happen to think that's the most important book in the series, even though it ends in an unusual place by normal standards. I think it's important for a book that ends with a semi-romantic QPR be as widely available as possible... so that means free... eventually.
