Hello AWMS subscriber :

Most people realize how little value there is in worry, but nevertheless, it seems unavoidable. It feels reckless not to worry at all — right? .

Isn't worry a way of being careful? Doesn't it help us discover solutions?

Actually, the problem is excessive worry. If we could find a more effective way to worry — a constructive way to worry — we'd be much better off.

Too much worry and negativity tends to program the mind to move toward the very result you wish to avoid. Yet refusing to worry at all invites our problems to grow worse without realizing it.

Tune in to the latest episode of The Ageless Wisdom Mystery School podcast to learn how to "Worry Once" and be done with it. Subscribe wherever you get your podcasts, use the links below, or listen to the stream on our podcast website at TheAgelessWisdom.com.
