Back to Westeros

Sometimes I do get the feeling that most of you reading my posts here care more about what is happening in Westeros than what is happening in the United States.

So let me assure you that, when not sweating out election returns or brooding over other real world problems, I have continued to work on THE WINDS OF WINTER.

No, sorry, still not done, but I do inch closer.   It is a big big book.   I try not to dwell on that too much.    I write a chapter at a time, a page at a time, a sentence at a ti...

You must be fun at parties. I'm aware yes, do you really not see how funny this is because of where it was cut off? It was simply a joke. Get it? Juxtaposition of the content of the sentence vs how it was cut off? No? See he was writing "I write one sentence at a time", but it was cut off and not finished. And he's been writing book six for nine+ years. Its funny because we don't know if he will ever finish; chronic pain and disappointment is the best medicine.

Bethany Borgschatz I just published my first book. I understand how much work it is! The process is long and drawn not to mention the need to be captivated by the story enough to let words flow. Good luck!

I agree with this stranger, that i never meet in my life, that take ur own time is a good thing to do. I don't want to judge, but i also think he's probably an atheist nutela.

Boris Yakimov Take your time, as with PC games it is much better to wait a long time than to get a half-assed version of something that will ruin the whole franchise. I will buy that shit in 20 years, as long as its as good as the first ones.
