Release Day: Sheena Meyer Book 4

It's release day! The Girl Who Became A warrior is now available. I'm super excited for Sheena Meyer fans to read it. At the same time, I'm super nervous and chewing my nails off. LOL. But don't worry about me. I'm okay. I'm always like this on release day, and sometimes up until the first reviews are posted.

It means the world to me that I have a Sheena Meyer tribe, and I hope you enjoy this fourth book of the series. Have a look at the opening scene:

Can someone pinch me, so I know I’m not dreaming? If my life seems crazy to you, imagine how it looks from my end of things. I should change my Instagram profile to:

Sheena Meyer

🌟Eighth grader

🌟No one’s like me, I’m a special edition

🌟Gleamer, the last type-one

🌟I held a power I didn’t know I had to kill a giant glob of evil.

No DM’s

Okay, that’s too much for a profile, and sounds nuts. But could you see it? My feed filled with photos of me and my classmates in that snow-covered field, ready for battle and… I know I don’t have to tell you the story all over again.

So what’s my status now, you ask? Well, nothing’s different. I mean, I don’t feel any different after saving the world. I’m still the pancake loving, 70s and 80s satellite music station listening, Stevie Nicks’ number one fan, 3A-curl-pattern-hair-having, African American teen I’ve always been.

All right, that’s not entirely true. When I’m around certain people, I feel something. Kind of like when your foot is falling asleep. But it’s over my entire body and not as strong. It expands out from my chest, through to my fingers, and down to my toes. But you know what? It’s probably just allergies.

Blessings,
