I like to keep things pretty simple when I’m writing and I really only need a laptop (or a pad of paper if I’m stuck and need to sketch out some ideas).

But these other things are nice to have:

Favorite mug of coffee (or peppermint tea)Dog (cuddled up on the sofa or by my feet, depending on where I’m sitting)Plush burrito blanket (it looks like a burrito…that’s the best I can explain it)LaptopAirPods so I can listen to my novel playlist (although sometimes I don’t feel up to listening to music while writing)
