I have a friend going through a health journey, and some days she texts me to say that she doesn’t feel like going to the gym today.
Later that evening I see her IG post with a video of her rocking it at the gym!
I don’t think she’s the impact the way I do, but she’s really making a big change for the better. 
Developing wise habits can start SMALL, but ultimately the impact will be HUGE.
This is true for MORE than reaching your health goals, my friend.
