Happy October! This month's spooky little snippet features a new character from the book, who is a little... hungry.

The Pashu, who you might recall from the Wrath of Ambar series, are a race of part-human, part-animal beings and I'm delighted to say that they appear in OF LIGHT AND SHADOW as well.
